Shenandoah Valley Estates

We moved into this wonderful community in September and we are loving our new home and the community. We have met some of our neighbors and they are wonderful.
The staff is amazing.
Pennie is so helpful on the phone and in person.
Martin is always right here for us also. We have had to have a few things done and he comes when he tells us he will be here.
Kevin is always helpful also.

These guys are awesome!. My husband and I of 27 years moved here in 2020, 2 weeks before the outbreak of covid. They made us feel very welcome and we were proud of our first home. The few years I have lived here, the people in the office have been very nice. New Management took over I think about that time and there has been noticeable improvements. They have moved a lot of the old trailers out and moved to the new in. The Landscaping looks great. Of course they have rules but without rules things could get crazy. And they are more than fair on these rules. I recently lost my husband this past January, and Penny bless her heart was one of the first people to call me the very next day and let me know that they were there if I needed anyone. That was very comforting and she is kind of been an ear for me. Martin has been awesome as well,. I like Martin he's pretty down to earth. I haven't been to a lot of these events but I hope to soon join them in these activities of all the little parties libraries community yard sales Etc. Thank you Shenandoah Valley Estates for making this place feel like home while maintaining a very nice clean quiet neighborhood. I am often told by the people that come visit how nice and quiet it is here. And I will say it is quiet which is very nice and peaceful. Thank you again to the people at the office of Shenandoah Valley Estates.

I have found Shenandoah Estates to be a great , quiet , peaceful experience.
Penny and Martin take such good care of us. Always making sure we have what we need and planning entertainment to bring the community together. 2 very thoughtful, caring people. I’ve adopted both of them. It all seems like family here.

Penny and the staff have been very nice whatever you asked they want to help I'm really happy with where I live in most part most of the community is well kept up there are small areas that need help but overall I'm happy especially where I'm at I like my neighbors very well. But please don't raise the rent real high there's a lot of people that are on fixed incomes that can't do a whole lot more but I think what we've been paying has been really fair I would like to take my trash to the dump instead of waiting for that stupid truck to finally get here LOL overall I'm real happy

Love this community, so much improvement! Pennie, Martin and Kevin are hard working, considerate (they go above and beyond)! TOP SHELF FOLKS!

We need to figure a way to slow these people down, I am 3 homes away from a corner, some are at 30 mph by the time they reach my home! Speed bumps would be one suggestion.

I've lived here a few years. Nice to see the over-all changes ex: the new design in front of the office is quite nice and when the flowers are in bloom, it is striking.
Martin and Pennie are fantastic people. It's things they do throughout the year for the people who live here (especially around the holidays). They always show respect and greet folks accordingly. I enjoy conversing with either one

Yeah Martin is very excellent Kevin very excellent get along great they help us out drastically especially at my house they do whenever they have time and Penny in the office totally awesome you couldn't ask for anybody better thank you have a good day.

Want to.share what a wonderful time we had at the Christmas party..the decorations inside and out are so beautiful..thanks Martin. Pennie and Kevin..Martin prepared such a great meal.and the residents brought food too. If you went home hungry it was your fault. Everything was so.yummy. we then played Chinese Christmas and it was so.much fun..the different gifts were great. Martin and Pennie went way out to make things so happy for everyone that came.. thanks to Martin..Pennie and Kevin. Merry Christmas to ya

Pennie and Brandy were phenomenal to work with while my husband and I were working out all of our move in details. They were extremely knowledgeable, caring, kind and very thorough in helping us through the process. The community is very well- maintained, safe and feels like home already!

Pennie Kosmak serves all with EXCELLENCE. It is wonderful to have her as a manager for a community in our area.

I’ve lived at SVE for two years. I enjoy living here as the park is quiet, clean and safe. The newest playground equipment is definitely a plus, as I enjoy swinging on the swing set that accommodates grown ups and children.

Visited a friend here. Nice clean park. Well kept up public places. Spacious lots and nice environment.

Pennie and Martin are awesome! Pennies is the estates manager and she just oversaw an excellent new playground installation by Serendipity Play Systems. Martin is the head of maintenance and should be considered a role model for others in his field. Martin is using land management to create a permaculture garden which is a responsible use of refuse which need not fill an already overwhelmed landfill. Kudos to Pennie and Martin 👍👏

This place is quiet and a good place to raise your kids and come home too...Penny and Martin have worked hard to clean this place up and have been very helpful when I need help with something...keep up the good work..If everyone in here follows the rules and helps another and follows the speed limit of 10 miles per hour...everything should be fine
