The staff are great at this location and this review is no reflection on the people. The surfaces of the tables feel sticky no matter how often or recently they've been cleaned. The upholstered furniture is really starting to show its age with an accumulation of permanent stains.

In addition, even if I'm the only guest there, the Wi-Fi is intermittently slow to the point of being unusable. I really think this location would benefit from a bit of a technology/furniture refresh.

I was feeling really down this morning, decided to start my day with one of my favorite Starbucks drinks, I stopped by and had the pleasure of having Jahleil as the person helping me. The wonderful customer service this young man provided was outstanding. He did not even know what kind of day I was having as I did not express how down I was and he was on top of his game with his attitude, his kindness and overall customer service skills. I wish more people would be like this young man. No one knows what someone is going through on a day to day basis and the fact that he not only met a customers expectations but exceeded their expectations says a lot to me as a customer. Thank you Jahleil and Starbucks for having such a great person be a part of your team and thank you Heather for talking to me today and hearing about my experience with Jahleil. I contacted customer service and told them about my wonderful experience, I hope you get to see this as well.

Visiting a Starbucks can be a hit-or-miss experience and I’ve visited a high number of them across the country. I have visited this location a number of times and have received top-notch customer service and quality drinks each time. This morning, I was offered a pour over instead of something already brewed. I realize this is an option when visiting a barista, it is not commonly offered by the baristas at Starbucks; however, I feel it is an example of the high level service at this location.

Placed order on app and picked up thru the drive-thru. Everything was perfect and fast during my lunch hour. Love Starbucks!

I’m normally not a Starbucks fan, however I can say I’m leaning towards Starbucks more and more bc of the staff and options. Most of the time I only hit the drive through but we’ll worth my $ and time to help jumpstart my day. Their breakfast food is always hot. Why not stop before I hit the highway! Best staff I have ever experienced at any Starbucks.

Starbucks is always great except today I decided to go thru the drive thru and get a hot pumpkin spice (I usually get a iced pumpkin) but thought I would try something different, also got my 2 bernese mt dogs a pup cup which I never do but they just came from the vet getting shots so thought I would treat them. They loved it! Stopped at the gas station, came out and I thought my big berner had thrown up in the backseat! Nope! My naughty female decided to take my hot coffee to the backseat and spilled it all over!!!! I didn't even get a sip of it! I was so mad!!! They both have orange stained feet!

Super quick using their drive through. That blast of thick coffee aroma that hits you as you pull up to the window is quite euphoric. Very friendly staff. Well done Starbucks.

They were slow today, out of a lot of items and there was no half and half out had to ask for it

The employees here are the best! So friendly and really know how to treat customers! I come here almost every weekday and the employees make my morning better besides provide me with my coffee fix.

Service was good, I got my beverages in a reasonable amount of time.

What I love most about Starbucks, especially now during COVID, is the person at the drive up window is always a pleasure. Today, it was Ash... Very friendly, very personable, yet very professional. Service is what separates the businesses that will make it...I can always count on Starbucks! Oh yeah... And I got the guava passion fruit drink... Wow!!

This Starbucks has great staff! We got there on Thanksgiving day when they were the only one open and one of the espresso machines was being repaired. The girls kept making drinks one at a time and got them all right! They were doing an awesome job!

My favorite Starbucks around, my drinks usually always made right and if not they don't hesitate to fix it. All the baristas are amazing, but John always makes you feel welcomed and knows what you drink as you pull up in the drive thru.

Best Starbucks location I have ever been to. All baristas are so kind and welcoming, many of which are willing to have conversations with the customers. Very nice indoor and outdoor seating as well. Such a great community!

There was a line, but that's to be expected and was the only bad part of my visit. People were great and my drink was perfect. I travel a lot for work, and this is the best Starbucks experience I've had in awhile.
