Staples

It's so incredibly easy to get online these days and buy things without seeing them. Staples is an example of a store that offers great products that you can physically see and touch and get an understanding of what you were buying. They have a great selection and very reasonable prices that match other retailers. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Well done.

I am in this store all the time because of their copy machines and I refuse to get a printer because of waste with 4 kids. That printer center is busy, and I can’t imagine having to deal with all of the Amazon stuff on top of the copy center -the staff there have their hands more than full with multi tasking between jobs and people who don’t do “self serve” and Mail Drop centers. The staff who have been there a long time deserve a lot of credit; it’s not easy dealing with the public and I’ve seen them take some real abuse that is just now general public behavior. My jobs are always done right when I order and they are on time. Lisa is the most competent manager a place like that could ask for, she’s like the bionic woman of the print world! The staff are friendly and always ask if I need help if they aren’t swamped. I would say the only thing to improve would be more staff to help the very capable staff who are there currently. I have nothing but praise for the print desk. I don’t like that staples automatically changed the copiers to color, without manually changing my printing I often get charged a fortune because I forget to hit black and white- kind of a sneaky way for the corporate world to bump up their profit margins- but no problems with the staff-great job guys!

I am really, really tired of Amazon impacting the whole world- I have absolutely no problem with the associates, I never do- however, if staples continues to pull associates away from services they are known for- like printing- and printing customers get bumped in line for stupid Amazon returns you have a problem- unless it’s more lucrative for you to be a return center for Amazon in which case close down services in your store and call yourselves an Amazon company so your local print customers can find services elsewhere recognizing they won’t be getting them at staples- you reap what you sow- jump on the Amazon bandwagon some more and watch the world go to amazing places 🙈

I rarely go to Staples, but have been twice in the last week and was very impressed. I needed to drop of a package to ship via UPS and the associate was friendly and helpful. While I was there, I decided to look around since it had been a while since I was in here. I forgot how many cool things you can find here. I browsed the clearance section and found a couple of items that we ended up wanting more of, so I went back the next day for more.

On my first trip, the young lady at check-out was very friendly and helpful. She got me set up with the app so I could link my online account and rewards. She even showed me around the app to get familiar with it. She took her time and was patient when my phone wouldn't cooperate for a moment. To me, she went above and beyond and I truly appreciate that. On my second trip, the cashier was also friendly and attentive and provided a positive experience. Even engaged in some small talk. This place seems laid back and staff must be treated well because they seem to be satisfied.

The store was well stocked, everything in its place, nothing messy, and prices displayed clearly. Someone clearly takes pride in keeping this store neat. You may pay more here for some items you could get elsewhere, but the whole experience makes it worth it. Plus you have the convenience of dropping off packages for UPS here (and there's a FedEx bin right inside the door for drop offs).

This Staples has friendly, helpful employees. The aisles are labeled well and brightly-lit, so I can easily find what I'm looking for. The rewards program saves me a ton of money. It's also nice to order on the website. They ship fast and pack well.

I always go here to ship packages to my clients. I usually use poly mailers, but had to ship a few boxes for the first time today. We had some trouble with one of my packages but Jedera was so helpful and patient that it was easily solved. I was so impressed by her eagerness to help me that I immediately wrote her name down in my phone so that I would remember to leave some kind words.

My mom needed a simple easy to use computer laptop… and we had a few details we wanted. Sunday afternoon we went in and David from the tech test came over and spent time helping me and my mom(who is 79). He was very helpful and polite!! We got what we came for and my mom is very happy! It’s a great store Chambersburg is lucky to have it!!

I'd like to give a big THANK YOU to Staples for today's Teacher Appreciation Day. I was lucky enough to be able one of the first 50 teachers to receive the FREE student supplies. They will definitely be put to good use! Thanks again for supporting our local schools and teachers. Looking forward to next year already!!

I had a great experience with several employees at this store recently. I purchased and returned a laptop due to my own personal satisfaction - nothing wrong with the machine - and the folks here were nothing but polite and helpful. They helped me recover the software that I purchased and then lost with the return. I have nothing but good things to say about this store and their customer service.

Today was teacher appreciation day at Staples and they had student supply boxes for teachers that included erasers, pencils, whiteboard markers, highlighters, pens and a sharpie. They gave teachers a class set of 20 to the first 50 teachers. Thanks so much Staples for supporting teachers and students! Much appreciation to you!!!!

If you shop at this Staples location, you're in for a real service treat! There is a delightful group of young people, full of warm smiles, sharp minds, and lots of willingness to help out. Come by if you need some office supplies!

Chris was awesome & so very helpful. Chris told us that the tower we purchased had the keyboard inside which saved us money!

Was able to quickly find what I was looking for, and got prompt service for an electronic item. Also they were quick at checkout.

Cashier was very friendly, and sales associate helped me pick up exactly what I needed

Well stocked store, they have computer paper, computers, cell phones, ink cartridges etc. They are a little over priced.

If you drop your phone in the toilet ask for Brad at Staples and he'll fix it for you 75 bucks

Had everything I needed. We were in and out, no delays or problems.

They help me with a free cord for my printer.
