Wonderful experiences. Every time I’ve come to the Wayne Theatre everyone has been very inviting and friendly. Came from a town over to find the event had been cancelled and the staff comped my companion and I free tickets to the show that night. They didn’t have to do that, and I am thankful for their generosity. They show great movies on Mondays and I always enjoy coming here. Thanks to everyone at The Wayne.

Wayne Theatre productions are awesome! We just saw Little Shop of Horrors, and once again the Wayne did not disappoint. We are incredibly lucky to live in a town with so much talent, and the leadership to hire great folks to make it all happen! Well done Wayne Theatre and Waynesboro! Go see local theatre!

Absolutely loved the play and the service. I hope they get more money cause the costuming for the Charlie Brown play was awful for the lead characters (Snoopy and Charlie). They also dropped a lot of things backstage which was annoying and you could see the Bobby pins on their costumes. They should have been painted the color of the costumes. Also, Woodstock’s costume looked like Uma Therman’s costume in Kill Bill. That was awkward. Other than that I loved the simple set and was so excited about the live band. The band was fire and so were the actors. It’s also weird that Charlie Brown had anime hair. Honestly the costuming really bugged me. I paid $82 for what looked like high school costuming. The actors were amazing and the direction was lovely. Just hire someone else to do costumes.

Saw “Little Shop of Horrors.” The cast was amazing - beautiful voices and great acting - and the set and costumes were beautiful. Lots of talent in this smalltown theater!

Lovely theater. Came for a Trout Fishing in America with Dana Louise and the Glorious Birds concert, and the venue was great. The staff were kind and welcoming. The building was very clean. And the acoustics were very nice. Would come to this theater again for other shows.

Very quaint
Easy parking. Interested in the community needs
Has a bar down stairs and balcony
No idea what it cost- no drinks. Feel like family. And they have Beatles coming in June
Tribute lol. Not the buried ones
😊😉 went for movie and panel discussion on suicide and how to remove the stigmas. Absolutely will attend again I hope. And Kevin Hines. If somehow you see this. - you have to give that quilt back. Or have a really special one made for her

I just recently took my teenage kids to Monday Night at the Movies. We watched The Forbidden Planet. It was a blast! This theater is perfect. It feels big enough to attract talent yet cozy like a hometown theater should. Recently renovated, it’s ready for its second act. The seats were comfortable, the sound was good, and the bathrooms were fancy. No complaints.

My wife and I moved to Waynesboro about eight years ago to raise our family and we have continually been amazed at the quality of life this small town has to offer. We enjoy the natural beauty, easy access to more than enough shopping, a friendly walkable downtown that has steadily been coming to life, and now a live theater. It’s simply terrific! We’re all so fortunate to live here. No doubt The Wayne Theater will once again become part of the DNA of this beautiful town.

Does Waynesboro have an anthem? Golly! I love this place. If it doesn’t I’ll write one.

Saw Arlo Guthrie last week. A wonderful evening, more like a visit with Arlo in his family room than a concert. The sound system was terrific and it is perfect setting for the personal shows that many entertainers are delivering these days.
Also, saw Hairspray last year and it too was a great evening. Congratulations to the community for restoring this venue and providing quality entertainment.

For those who haven't yet bought tickets for the upcoming Dec. 23rd, 2017, matinee or evening performance of "A Carpenters Christmas", and you enjoy the music of The Carpenters, I strongly suggest you book your seats for one of those shows! A few months ago I attended a concert in Sellersville, Pa., by this Carpenters tribute group and was wowed by the talents of everyone onstage. Lead singer Lisa Rock rocks and her back-up singers and musicians are also first-class performers. I can guarantee that their performances at the Wayne Theatre will be memorable and will have you singing Christmas songs, as once sung by The Carpenters, well past the big day. Remember, Dec. 23, 2017, matinee or evening.

A vibrant, exciting revitalization and renewal of a legendary structure that has brought new life back to a performance venue. A beautiful jewel guided by a wonderful group of people proud to show off their center.
