As a self-proclaimed “low maintenance, no-frills” person, I didn't understand why I needed to wear makeup at my wedding at all when I never wear it on a daily basis. Looking at Wild & Free/Raven's work helped me to understand how a little makeup can go a long way to elevate your features that are already there, and help to capture your candid expressions throughout your special event. I was struck by how expertly Raven was able to capture my natural features and to make it seem like the makeup was part of my face as opposed to changing me into someone new. At my trial, she was patient with me, explaining each product she was applying and making sure everything went together cohesively. Afterward, I sent her some things I wanted to revise about our plan and she eagerly agreed and made sure our plan included what made me feel best. Our wedding day was a bit crazy, with some illness going around the entire bridal party, but Raven stayed patient and flexible with schedule changes as things got behind and people needed to rest before getting into the makeup chair. She was an unbelievable, supportive presence and a master of her craft. Anyone who is looking for someone to make you feel like your best beautiful self should absolutely consider Raven at Wild & Free!

I see Catherine to help me with my joints and muscles. I haven't had the best balance and mobility in recent years but since seeing her on a schedule, she has helped me function more and able to enjoy everyday tasks that I wasn't able to do. I also see Carolyn and couldn't ask for better care from her. I am treated like family here and enjoy seeing these girls.

BOOK A MASSAGE! I am so deeply grateful for Catherine. I leave each session feeling seen and cared for. I come in with an exhausted body, and leave feeling renewed. The deep work Catherine is capable of, helps to put your body in a state of relaxation. As a massage therapist myself, I hold so much tension in my body and have to release it to continue my work. Today after my session, I spent the rest of the day relaxing and knew I deserved it. Catherine is magic! Started with a 90 minute session but 2 hours with her is a MUST! Trust me.

I visited Wild and Free for an eyebrow wax with Mary a few weeks ago. Very clean and organized. Mary was so friendly and walked me through the whole process of what wax she was using and what not. Mary also discussed future services she could offer and helped me when checking out to pick some product to help my skin at home. Highly recommend booking with her!

I love all their products, especially the in house made items! My kids always request their bath bombs. Carolyn is very knowledgeable and offers holistically skin care and balances it with todays skin demands. She and her team will value you as a client and make you feel like family at Wild & Free. I recently started seeing Catherine for massages to help aide my therapy for my medical condition. Catherine is patient with me and has helped my body make improvement. I am thankful to have her advice, care and suggestions since I trust her with my body's healing process.

Emma gave me my very first facial ever at 49. I can say I'm definitely hooked! She addressed all.of my skin issues and treated them accordingly. A very relaxing experience.

Stopped in for the customer appreciation goodie bags and wanted to give a shout out to Afton! She was so kind and took her time with me and went over all of the items being sold in the store. She went into depth on multiple items and was really knowledgeable about the products. This was my first time in here so she was very helpful in navigating the store and also went over a few of the facials offered in the spa. Really appreciate her being so friendly and helpful!

Caroline has the cutest shop and the whole team is always wonderful to work with! The only problem is my bank account can’t cover all the amazing things they have to offer! 😉 I love Caroline for my brows specifically. If you have lighter brows and are looking to have tinting done - she’s the best!

Between Carolyn and Grace, no one will be ever to touch my skin and make it feel and look as amazing as they do! Always a great environment, pleasant conversation with your provider, and these girls are absolutely fabulous all around!!

I just went for a Hot Stone massage with Whitley. This was one of the best massages I have ever had (I’ve had a lot). Her technique and attention to detail were impeccable. Super comfy and quiet setting. I will be back for sure!

I went for "Galentine's Day" for a brazilian sugar-wax from Meg. After I got home, I realized 3-4 missed spots. Meg got me back in within the week for a free touch-up and all was well. Sugar wax is noticeably less painful than typical wax. It was a great experience other than the missed spots.
The boutique is great! I love the sugar scrub and body oils, which I credit with my lack of post-wax ingrown hair. I usually have problems but so far, the scrub is keeping that at bay. I got sugar scrub, body oil, bath bombs, beard wash and balm (for my husband), a few oil rollers, baby lotion and nipple balm (for a baby shower gift), and some kids' nail stickers. The only thing I got that I won't buy again is a shower steamer tablet.

A lot of the items are refillable for a discount which is awesome.

Overall, love it!

Just had my first visit to this location and I can truly say it is a hidden gem! I received a signature facial and it was the absolute best I believe I’ve ever had. I’ve been to several different Spa locations across the U.S. and this visit was top notch. I love the quality of products used and offered in the adorable shop for purchase. I’m a firm supporter of shopping local and I will be back! Thanks Carolyn!!

Carolyn and staff are amazing! I love getting my eyebrows done here and all of the products are great too. I would highly recommend this business. Also staff is taking covid precautions seriously and I feel comfortable and love coming here!!

I had a Brow Shape + Tint and Lash Lift + Tint with Kiara. I had a great experience with Kiara, she was super nice and gentle. My brows and lashes have never looked better!
