What a great place! I found it by searching on Google maps while in town on business. I went for lunch, and got what they call a “breakfast bun”. This was a very unique and tasty dish, I’ve never seen anything like it. It was almost like a soufflé, made with brioche bread, eggs, bacon and cheese. It was sweet and savory. AND it was only $7+ tax! The service was good, and the atmosphere was very inviting and cool. See photo attached of the “breakfast bun”.

Great place to study, grab coffee, and grab a bite! The servers here are very friendly and have great recommendations. The coffee is mature, and a cut above getting any fast food coffee. If I can't make coffee at home, then this is where I go. The crepes are some of the best I've had! Gently folded on top of itself, they present a solid thickness to the crepe. This place has my recommendation!

Grabbed coffee and breakfast here several times while honeymooning in Pensacola. Highly recommend for delicious coffee and food options and having a great atmosphere. From the baked goods or crepes or breakfast buns we loved what they have to offer with a yummy cup of coffee. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area!

My wife and I went for a walk in the town center because we were thinking of moving to Pensacola at the end of the year. We came to this coffee shop and sat down. It is a very spacious and relax coffee shop. Ideal for employees, students and and hobbyists to come and sit and hang out on laptop. It wasn't very busy, but we were here on a weekday and at noon. It's a good shop.

With so many places closed on a Sunday afternoon, what a great place to find on Palafox. Friendly and patient service when you step up, quiet and relaxed atmosphere to sit in, and great food and drink to enjoy.

Please mind closing the front door behind you, the Florida heat will easily sneak in.

Pictured is "Strawberry, Banana, Nutella Crepe" and "Irish Float" (req ID).

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
This shop is gorgeous with warm, friendly baristas. I had the honey latte, which was fantastic. The local honey really put this over the top. The many choices on the menu (which includes food items, beer, and cocktails) would be a ton of fun to work through.

Just wow! The place is not only cuuuute, and the food is good, the goofed is great.. but the staff is absolutely amazing! The positive environment driven by the team is nothing short of excellent. To crepe options are broad and taste delish. The coffee/latte, Honey Latte with Oatmilk in my case was right on point!!!! I stayed for a couple of hours to work and enjoyed it a lot!!!

Fosko coffee barre is a great spot downtown off Palafox to go to read, enjoy a dessert, a coffee, study, or have a meeting. The staff was very attentive, the crepe pictured below was delicious, and the coffee was perfect. Both the flavor and the brew process was right on. The place is decorated in a very appropriate manner recalling historic pensacola and it is a great location for all of the above and more. Can’t recommend it enough. Five stars.

So cute! Love the this space and the drinks! Our drinks were great and lots of places to sit or study or work. Nice sectioned off spaces to chat or focus. The drink variety has great coffees, foods and mixed drinks … wish I could come more often!

This coffee bar is excellent. In addition to great coffee, they have a full bar, try the homemade Irish coffee, it's delicious. Delicious. Crepes are outstanding. The decoration is classy and cozy. The retro espresso machine is extravagant and it works beautifully. (If you enjoy fast and fun travel and cooking videos, please visit CuisineQuest on YouTube, cheers!)

Absolutely wonderful atmosphere, friendly and chill baristas, and the best hazelnut espresso I’ve had anywhere south of Whidbey Island.

We had savory and sweet crepe choices. The s’more crepes were on the dry side but flavorful. I will be a return Irish coffee drinker for sure! The back room is a better seating area if you are wanting to actually get some work done without too many distractions.

This place is a “must do” for a visit to Pensacola.

First off, the person at the counter was super friendly, helpful and patient as he answered our many questions regarding the menu.

Next, despite being very busy, the food and drinks were ready quickly.

Finally, the crepes were delicious- we tried a variety of sweet and savory dishes and all were enjoyed.

The sparking jasmine tea had some standout flavors as well.
