My rating for this establishment is based on the response I got after experiencing a problem with one of the vacuum stations. I went online to search for the telephone number and the owner phoned me back immediately! He compensated me for the loss and reassured me he was working on the vacuum issues.

Did not get a receipt! I called the # on here and left message. Got back with me pretty quickly and sent email verifying my purchase as I needed a receipt for work.

The machine wouldn't take our dollar bills so we had to use a debit card. Was charged $7 for a $2 wash!

Wish I’d looked at the reviews before I put $ in the machine. Sign plainly says $2 to wash. Spits quarters back at u, so I put two $1 bills in. Nothing happened. Tried the next bay. Same result. Machine meanwhile prompts for more cash. Nope, it’s a ripoff. STAY AWAY!

Machine doesnt take quaters but will charge $10 for a $2 wash! I spent 2 min rinsing floormats and car... Note to self. If there isnt a timer or rule of thumb as to how much to expect to pay-its a scam... Will warn everyone I know
Take 5 will run them out of business at this pace...

This car wash still owes me $12.00. Went to do the auto wash and it aborted the wash cycle right at the beginning and was told to exit. Called the company and have been given the run around for 3 weeks. I’d suggest going elsewhere.
