Boettcher's Country Lakehouses

I stayed here for about a week with my ex-wife and in-laws about a decade ago or so. It was the perfect spot for us. I thoroughly enjoyed our time together there, and if I ever get to a point in my life again where I'm able, I will go back there!!!

Perfectly sited little resort on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes. Rustic yet updated cabin, with direct lake access on Otter Lake. Soft sandy bottom, a strip of beach, and a raft make for great swimming. A pontoon and fishing boat are available to rent. Canoes and kayaks also there to enjoy, which my kids loved. A short, scenic drive away from town, either by car or boat. Friendly and very hospitable owner makes guests a priority. We love our stays here!

Stayed here for 3 nights to enjoy the Eagle River winter. Cabin was cozy and felt like being at home. The Boettcher's made us feel so comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and the cabin had 3 bedrooms and a pull out couch. Behind the cabin is a lake and there were cross country ski trails just 15 minutes away.

Had a fantastic time. Treated like family. Great hospitality, very blessed to know them.
