Her place is clean, relaxing, very elegant, and overall beautiful. Freda really takes care of you and puts in the time and doesn't make you feel rushed. It feels like she actually enjoys what she does and that is to make you look beautiful! I've had my eyelashes lifted and tinted and recently got derma planning done with her for the first time, and both experiences were great! Everything just feels high quality and her hands are magic! I also appreciate how she lets me relax and doesn't talk my ear off like my hair dresser. I'm the kind of person that just wants to zen out and be pampered and I love it! If you are in the area, I highly recommend her.

Freda is one of the most professional kindest people out here. She usually just does my lashes, which are always phenomenal, but today she did a brow tint and wax and I absolutely loved it. I recommend her 120%. She is amazing at what she does. ❤

I freaking love Freda so much I suffer from severe anxiety and am unable to do a lot of things, but when I step into her skin studio for my lash appointments all my anxiety goes away. She has such a caring and motherly vibe, I always feel like I can tell her anything. Not only does she take time to connect with me during my appointments she also supports me on social media. I was in town and wanted to support local businesses, and Freda's Skin Studio was definitely worth it! Online scheduling was easy. During my consultation, Freda offered practical advice re: products that would be helpful for my skin conditions.

Services I received: dry brush, body spa treatment, and 20-minute stress relief back touch therapy.
Freda has the magic touch! I was so relaxed during my treatments that I dozed off several times. I left the spa and my skin was glowing! Later that day, I experienced the effects of the detoxing (which is a good thing!).

My experience at Freda's Skin Studio was comparable to the spa services I have experienced in spas in the large metropolitan area where I live with one added bonus--there was ample FREE parking near the spa! (It can be hard to find free and ample parking near some spas in large metro areas!) The spa is clean. The service is professional, yet still personable. I highly recommend anyone in or near Waynesboro to treat yourself to a relaxing spa appointment with Freda!

This place is a hidden gem! I had a delightful facial treatment that was relaxing, soothing, and wonderful for my skin. An excellent 50th birthday gift to myself! And my daughter loved hers too. I highly recommend Freda's gentle and skillful service.

I can't get enough of this place. First, I can't believe someone as skilled as Freda is in our little Waynesboro; second, getting a facial is so relaxing and wonderful! From the warm bed, to the steam, to the towels, to the all-natural products... So good for your skin! She works on my teen too, who has pretty bad acne and it's really helped her skin. We use many of her custom skin care products. I highly, highly recommend.

Mrs Freda is really friendly and educated, any and every question I asked she had an answer. She helped me to be comfortable while I was getting my Brazilian wax. It was painful, it was also my first time (Duh!!). However, I ain't going anywhere else. Also my skin is ultra sensitive and the wax did well on my skin.

I just moved to Waynesboro from Richmond and I can tell you that Freda has a salon and service that exceeds any of the salons I visited in the Richmond area. I can highly recommend the waxing. Her low temp wax made the experience quick, convenient and far more time efficient than the salons that use the hard hot wax. This was a great experience! As soon as I try the other services (and I will), I'll update you on those as well.

Frieda is the best! She is so knowledgeable about everything from skincare to makeup. I learn something new every time I go. Her facials are wonderful! They feel fabulous and do so much to help keep you skin at it's best. I followed her from Charlottesville to Waynesboro and I have to drive an hour to get there. But it is well worth the trip. Try it, you'll love it!
