I cannot express how much I enjoyed my stay here. From the front desk check-in, to the cleanliness and preparations of the rooms, design and space of the rooms, and the size of indoor pool, I highly suggest you book here.

The two gentlemen at the front desk were kind, professional, and gave good directions. The pool was very large and well maintained. The hot tub was clean and felt great. The rooms were so large! Full sized refrigerator and built in full sized microwave. The sofas were large so you could spread out and watch a good movie. The beds linens/textile were so soft and good thread count. The beds were so soft and I got a great night sleep. I liked that the TV was set on a swivel table for both bedroom and sofa areas.

Our antique collectors club hosted a convention at the Residence Inn Waynesboro back in October. We had 22 people from all across the US come to Virginia. Everyone was so impressed with the hotel and the area. I can't say enough good things about this place and our stay! The rooms were wonderful, breakfast was nice, and the meeting room met our needs. Even better, the staff went above and beyond helping up with anything we needed - from handing out welcome baskets, storing food in the refrig, helping us book tickets to local sites, etc. They were so accommodating. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

We travel often, at least once a month, usually involving several hotel stays and sometimes Airbnb or VRBO. I do forget to review every place that we stay. But the horrible or amazing places always ensure that I write a review.

Victoria is absolutely amazing!! The genuine hospitality that she alone provides is extraordinary. Add in the well kept and clean rooms, 24 hour gym, indoor pool and hot tub that is accessible until MIDNIGHT and it completes an exceptional stay!

This hotel is 15 years old and still keeps all of their lights so bright. We've found that, usually, as they get older, they dim the lights! It's definitely to hide things.

One of the best stays yet in this brands properties. Staff was great, including Manager Jean M., Dana, and Danielle. They all worked hard to make my 2 night stay comfortable and quiet. Facility was fine and the breakfast and breakfast staff was super friendly. I have missed the Southern Hospitality but have found it is alive and well at this location. Thanks Y 'all, TH.

Well-appointed room at an excellent location near restaurants, gas stations and interstate! Kitchen included full-size refrigerator, stovetop, small appliances, dishes and glassware. Very clean and friendly staff!

This hotel was great! We booked last minute when our other accommodation fell thru. The rooms are so spacious and have a full kitchen area, a living room, and a separate sleeping area and bathroom. There was a basketball court, pool and nice outdoor seating area with fire pits. I highly recommend if in the area.

Victor might be one of the hardest working front desk agents I’ve ever met.

A lovely hotel with clean rooms, a great pool, and a wonderful breakfast. The staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly - they are the nicest staff I have ever dealt with at any hotel. I couldn't recommend a better place to stay.

This Marriott is Awesome!! The location is great and convenient. The staff is more than accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. (Stayed for extended period and ended up staying in a few different rooms) Breakfast was actually a little more plentiful than all of the other marriotts so far, more options, hot, a least a few different items every day. Complimentary cookies in afternoon.. I honestly can't complain about this place at all and we've stayed at probably 20 different marriotts this year alone in Va and WV.

My parents and I spent one night here in June of 2020, and while things were limited because of that, I really do appreciate the hotel for trying, and they certainly tried very well!

There was no continental breakfast, but we were given a little doggy bag filled with enough breakfast items to make up for it!

The gym and pool were closed though. We very much enjoyed the room, as it was very spacious with two separate bedrooms, and a large living room.

We stay at a lot of Residence inns and some of them have gone downhill. But this location is in great shape. Other than a few items of trash that fell behind a nightstand, the room was great. Comfortable bed, quiet room even though the hotel was pretty full. Breakfast was better than most Residence inns and there was a lot of variety. Gym was clean and the indoor pool was clean and inviting. Definitely recommend.

We booked for one night, stayed for two because we loved the place. The rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel beautiful, and the staff super friendly. A special shout out to Ariel who checked us out, and Charlie and another woman (didn't get her name) who worked the breakfast. Everyone was exceptional. We will be back.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Staff is friendly. They have apps you can sign in on the TV. Everything was clean. The pool goes up to 5 feet but it's really nice. You still will have fun. They have a fire pit as well. They have grab and go breakfast. I had a nice experience there. I would definitely stay there again.

All staff was super friendly from check-in to checkout. We had a 2bedroom suite. It was nice size and very clean. The little market at the entrance is nice for some drinks and snacks. Restaurants all around even in walking distance to outback. The only negative I can come up with is that we could hear walking and jumping from the room upstairs pretty clearly. Also, we ordered food and ate in our rooms but we only had 1 steak knife which kinda was weird. Overall, great hotel!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Spacious and clean suite room with kitchen and even a fireplace. Pool is open from 6 to midnight with a whirlpool. We got to spend our early morning in the warm water after a great breakfast buffet. All the staff were super friendly. Although the nearby blue ridge pkwy is closed due to the weather and we did not get a chance to see the mountains, I would like to return and spend some other time here in the spring.

Great hotel! From the breakfast every morning to the social events in the evening everything about this hotel screams customer service. Rooms are always spotless and the housekeeping staff always seems to go the extra mile without you even having to ask. Front desk staff and managers are personable, friendly and always willing to help in any way. The beds are comfortable and extra pillows are always available. Highly recommend this property!

Summary: Great hotel for the price, lots of perks, great staff!

Stayed there for a week due to repairs to our home. The rooms are spacious and have a very uplevel feel. I love their complimentary breakfasts with the large array of food for any tastes. Then they have their weekday evening meals on select days which is always fun and interesting in what they will have. My kids took advantage of their exercise room, but we didn't get a chance to try the pool or spa. The hotel staff are very friendly and do their best to help you. After leaving the hotel, I will miss their staff the most, they made me feel welcome and made me feel like I was their friend. If I had another opportunity to do so, I would definitely go back again.
