I just had my murphy bed installed today. Alex was extremely helpful with his suggestions and estimate. He is an excellent salesman. Ariel and his installers, Gregory and Christian, were pleasant, polite, and took great care in installation and making sure to protect my walls, doors, etc. Also, this was not an easy room to navigate large pieces of equipment/pieces (sharp corners). I fully endorse Murphy Bed Sales & Service.

I needed a Murphy bed on short time frame and Alex and Ariel were able to make it happen. It was ready and delivered when they said it would. The installers were meticulous and did a fantastic job. It looks beautiful in the space. Thank you guys! Great job!!

This was the BEST experience I've had since moving to Florida and working on my home. I have come to find out, that many people work on their own time in South Florida, but Alex and his brother Ariel are the needle in the haystack! From the very first day I met Alex, he came to my home to do an estimate, and arrived 5 minutes EARLY! Proceeded with the estimate, explanations, and even sitting in my dining room and drawing a digital rendering of what my custom unit will look like. Turn around was told to be around 4-6 weeks, but my unit was completed in 3!
Ariel and Carlos came to install the unit yesterday, and were extremely polite, professional, and clean! Spent near to 10 hours in my home to make sure everything was perfect and spotless before leaving, and it indeed came out exceptional! I cannot thank you guys enough for a great experience and an even better finished product! Thank you for bringing my vision to life. A++++++

Our Experience with Alex and the Team at Murphy Bed Sales and Services was top notch from day 1. Alex personally came to the house to properly measure and design our office to convert into an occasional guest room. The delivery was on time and installation was PERFECT!!

Alex showed us his beautiful Murphy Bed models and reviewed our options for the space we had so that I can make the most of my second room space with an awesome computer desk adjoined to my Full sized murphy bed cabinet. He went out of his way to accommodate my installation in time for my family to visit. Ariel and Carlos came out to install my Murphy bed today. They worked diligently from the time they arrived at 10am until 4pm, ensuring that my beautiful Murphy bed was constructed with perfection. They were very professional, friendly and courteous. My Murphy bed and desk came out even better then I could have imagined, giving my room a look of richness and beauty...I'm soooo thrilled! I highly recommend this company...look no further!

A very positive experience with Murphy Bed Sales and Service. I am doing a complete renovation that got delayed they worked with my timeframe and made delivery when I was ready for it. (I Appreciate that a lot). They were pleasant, meticulous in instillation, constantly cleaning the surroundings, made helpful suggestions but very respectful of your choices. With all the headaches and delays that I am having in my home renovations Murphy Bed Sales and Service was a breath of fresh air, vey happy I used them. They did for me a whole custom wall of Murphy Bed Couch and bookshelves. A big project done very well and it’s BEAUTIFUL! Thank you Murphy Bed Sales and Service.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Alex was very patient when helping me design the room. The installation was easy for them because apparently my walls aren't straight and the floor isn't level but they worked diligently to install everything just right. Friendly & courteous.

I stumbled upon Murphy Bed Sales & Service based on a recommendation from a friend, and I have to say, the customer service and prompt serviceI received there was very professional . This Murphy Bed store is my favorite. They went above beyond my expectations, and I am thoroughly pleased with their product.

These guys were fantastic! We had an old full size Murphy bed and wanted a queen. Also there was tile up to the old Murphy bed so the floor would have to leveled. Everyone else we contacted told us you will have to remove the old one and fix the floor. These guys are carpenters and they did everything! They were great to work with. Would give 6 stars if we could!
