Wow! I must applaud the staff this beautiful Thanksgiving morning. The staff was SO pleasant, fast and efficient! This team deserves the upmost praise! Thank you for our delicious drinks and pleasant service. You are all the true unsung superheroes of our community.

I wanted a drink that they use to sell in the store but stopped. The employee helped me figure out what I needed and it was Awesome. The Caramel frappe with vanilla and honey. My new go to at Starbucks.

Always great coffee and service! This one's usually busy, so get here early/late to avoid the crowds.

The drive through employee working was so sweet and friendly, if I am not mistaken his name tag said Chris. The service was super quick and he was so kind and made my entire weekend!

I had my very first issue at this location in probably 5 years, first and only one. Finally I got my coffee and it was the best cold brew I had ever tasted. The staff is always awesome, this location is considered DOWNTOWN so they have quite a fast pace to keep up with. What Starbucks doesn't? Lol

I'm a frequent customer at this store. The service is always quick and friendly. I mobile ordered the other day for the first time and it was ready before the time on my app said it would be, which was awesome. The manager, Tyler, is so polite and courteous. He's done a great job with this store since taking it over, the store has changed so much in the past year for better.

Very nice staff...gave me a free coffee this morning. Chargers are everywhere too.

Early morning, mid-day, or afternoons, (5am-7pm) Best coffeehouse in all the combined neighborhoods in the country. (Steaming water cup covered most of my hand after setting cup on the unstable table they aren't stable) Boasting about Thee Best beans brewed and smooth vibes brought out the most chillest and efficient bunch in history earning the title of the most extraordinary establishment ever.

This is a great Starbucks! Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful, quick, and provide great customer service. The pretty boy with the Beanie, I think his name is Chris, goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and accommodating requests. : )

I have been here several times now and EVERY single time the barestias have been BEYOND friendly and gone out of their way to get to know us. Our coffee has ALWAYS been in point as well. This SB has to be one of my favorite in the area!!! If you are driving here, it is DEFIANTLY worth stopping by here!

It's a Starbucks. Service was a bit slower than what you would like to see, especially in such a busy location. Drinks were on par with other Starbucks.

Got the Pumpkin spice latte with blonde shots. 10/10 it was absolutely amazing. Best one i’ve had yet.

i order the strawberry refresher almost everyday and they always accommodate for my citrus allergy by getting a new shaker even when i order through the app! everyone is super nice at this location, the only names i know are Sydney, Chris with the beanie, and Everrett (im not sure how they spell it :( ) , they are exceptionally awesome every time! never had any issues at this store!!

Quick service. Had employee outside in drive thru line taking orders manually to speed up the process. Only downside to this is she was too far from the menu and I had to just order what I knew.

I’m always here for long hours studying. The workers always make me feel welcomed and are honestly such nice people. They treat me like their friend not just a customer and go above and beyond to make sure my order is accurate. They also really keep up with keeping the place clean and beautiful. Best starbucks I’ve ever been to!!

I went to to Starbucks this morning 7/2/20 at 5:17 am and I wish I knew the lady's name at the register. I have never had such great customer service at Starbucks in my life. She was so patient with me. I explained to her at the drive threw that I have never ordered iced coffee before and does she have any recommendations. She asked me questions based off my preferences and recommended cold brew instead of iced coffee and explained the differences. Then she recommended 6 pumps of vanilla instead of the usual 4 pumps because I told her I like my coffee sweet. When I got to the window she told me to taste it first in case I didn't like it (which has never been offered to me). IT WAS SPOT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had been craving an iced coffee all this week and was afraid to try something new because I didn't want to be let down and my coffee was made beyond my expectations. Thank you so much to the staff at Starbucks on Gregory! Definitely recommend. They need to give that lady a raise ASAP!
