I went into the Coral Square Mall location to pick out my wedding band. I’m getting married in a few days and I needed to also have my fiancés band polished and I met Dee. What an amazing experience. She greeted me, sat down with me and helped me pick out a band I loved! I chose to shop here because this is where my engagement ring was purchased and now my wedding band. I have to say she made my experience so good. I would highly highly recommend her for your visit at Coral Square!!!! Thank You So Much!!! Dee😘😘

DEE is AMAZING! I walked in and was greeted. The employees at the main register informed me that i would be helped momentarily. Without hesitation she assisted me, I instantly felt special. She cleaned my jewelry and assisted me with getting my ring fixed. We talked the entire time and she was very informative about my warranty that I wasn’t aware of. She definitely deserves a raise or some kind of incentive, really a “one of a kind employee” !! Thank you again Dee for your genuine customer service, it is greatly appreciated!!

Hello. I walked in to Kay’s and Roger addressed me with a happy face and smile. Roger was so polite, kind, patient with me. He updated my warranty information and was very friendly. He was a pleasure to see him this Sunday morning. It’s people like Roger that make you enjoy and feel comfortable about shopping and spending your hard earned money.. Keep up the good work Roger.

Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dee. She was very inviting and super helpful. I was not looking to buy at the time but going through the process of looking at rings for my fiance we found the one and was able to get it on the spot. What is ironic is she helped my fiance find my ring for our engagement so how funny is it to come full circle a year later for her to care of me as well.
