Really awesome customer service. I needed my headlight bulb and signal light changed.i bought the bulbs and they installed it for free! Jeff was awesome and very helpful in the shop and very knowledgeable about what I needed! Great team there!

Oil change is great always get synthetic. Price is just right. Service no complaints.

After an exhausting day yesterday with my valve stem snapping and shooting off my tire when I was filling it up - I’m glad I came to this Wal-Mart. Sam and Mark took me in right away and had me out in 25 minutes. Tesla wanted to charge me $355+ tax for a new tire since they wouldn’t repair. Sam and Mark repaired it.

They communicated my options and what needed to be and what might be needed to do. Went over pricing, everything. Came out much less expensive than I thought.

I’m thankful for their help today.

They're good for the services they offer. Staff there is much improved! They're knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I think they may need more technicians working on cars. My car sat idle several times while in place to have the oil changed. I watched the guy have to go to other cars, instead of getting mine finished.
I'd like to continue using this location for my car's service needs, but would appreciate faster service while my car is actually in the service spot.

Make an appointment- this will allow for speedy service. These guys out at Walmart in boynton are good. They will take good care of your vehicle. They took good care of mine. Had 2 tires replaced mounted and balanced

This was an excellent experience. Showed up around 11am Wednesday and had rotation balance and oil done in and out in around an hour.
I have used Walmart auto in multiple locations for years. Like waffle house, each has its own culture and atmosphere and turnover rate.
Here Sam appears to run a tight ship. Clean. Plenty of workers. They were courteous and as friendly as you could be in 90 degree weather working for Walmart.
I always watch the entire process and they were well trained and did an excellent job. There are so many options, but I get the cheapest 5w20 synthetic and I had purchased lifetime balance and rotation so I was out the door just over 50$. They rotated my tires in the pattern I prefer and static balanced to zero and filled my tires to my preferred pressure. They have safe processes in place and for the most part

I feel more comfortable here than at the dealer. Dealers dont allow you to watch. Here they get you in and out and don't try to scare you or sell you stuff.

Yes, you could come at a busy time and wait hours. It is the luck of the draw so just be patient or come back another time. They work hard at a difficult job. Bonus is you get to see some amazing hair styles and listen to some great music.

This auto stuff appears to be a loss leader for Walmart so the company could care less you are waiting because you spend more time in their store.

Fast , good Quality Oil, and you get to look around in the store sometimes seeing stuff you would normally miss, all in getting your OIL CHANGED AT WALMART, and they give you a sticker to tell you when the next one is needed, how can you go wrong

Showed up early to get two tires changes. The guys were all friendly and very helpful. It took the same amount of time as my own mechanic. The price was right for this visit. I'm really happy with this experience.

Had an appointment to replace 4 tires. The service was fast and I was very please with the staff. This is my third set of tires from walmart and the service has improved. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Wow, I don't know why I never considered getting tires there before. Way cheaper then your average tire shop and great prices on name brand tires like Firestone. The installation didn't take that long.

Had to replace a battery that I had purchased at this Wal-Mart auto center. Place was very crowded; but, service was excellent. Mario, the Service Manager does an excellent job. Since my battery was under a 5 year warranty and I had purchased it in 2/16, it was replaced free of charge. I went away a happy camper.

The service manager CRYSTAL should get store employee of the year. Even though the tire center has been closed for service over 3 months as a result of the National pandemic, I had an emergency situation and she went out of her way to get my car back on the road in less than 24 hours. I brought the wheels in, she called in an employee who came in at 6 am and she called me at 8 am to tell me they were ready. Crystal is every employers dream come true. A REAL leader. Thank you a million times over.

This was for the Boynton Beach old Boynton road location. The job was completed like it was supposed to. The employees are courteous and will answer any questions you have. One of the first or second people to greet me warned me it would take 2-3 hours which it did (2 1/2 hrs). Some people might think they're slow but the way I look at it is they're taking the time to do it right and not rush it. We're in 2018. There are a few things everyone should know in current society that just take longer than usual so if you're in a rush, you do those things another time; 1. Wal-Mart, 2. DMV, 3. Post Office, 4. Car maintenance, etc. So don't complain about waiting. Make an appointment for another time.

Wonderful customer service, nice and helpful, good prices, wait time could be better but very happy with my tire change and oil change.

They were very friendly...especially tire guys. Did a good job and price of nice tire very affordable for me.

Replaced my battery. About an an hour wait since there were cars ahead of me. I had no issues.

Tires!Excellent service all reasonable prices Goodyear tires all4 replaced.Torres was extremely nice professional and honest which is hard to find someone like that these days.worried for months bout my tires now feel safe and whoever else was involved thank you.they feel great and very aligned.front desk girls very nice also.they will take care of you.btw I rarely write reviews thanks torres!
