Second experience here. Staff is courteous and professional. Did not have to wait long on my second visit. First visit was long due to pandemic peak.

This location is my choice center.

I was in dire need of a copy of my daughter's birth certificate. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Service was prompt and courteous. The copy was $15.
I was offered a $3 protective cover but decided against it.
I can't speak on the other services but it was not packed. They open at 8 am.

Why don't the higher ups educate their employees so they'll know the difference between private and public buildings and if they are private or public. What's even scarier is the person that was working the day the journalist came was very unprofessional just because she doesn't know that there are independent journalist in the world doesn't give her the right to basically laugh in the journalist face which really made her look kind of ignorant. It appeared that the entire staff including security don't know that the public not only have the right to come into the building but can take videos and pictures in public areas. I'm sorry it appeared that maybe two or three employees knew he could do what he was doing and that was the first lady he encountered standing in the doorway of a office talking to someone in the office and the young man that asked him what he was doing. The behavior of those employees was disgraceful and embarrassing, especially the main lady in charge that looked as if she was taking pleasure in trying to have the man trespassed which would leave this place open for litigations for her violating his constitutional rights. The way these female employees was behaving was scary, they all where talking in raised voices over each other and just rude beyond belief and some acted just downright ignorant to be on their jobs. And for them to not know that there is no expectation of privacy in public and that no one needs their permission to record our take a picture of them in this day and age that cameras are everywhere. They can't tell the stores to not record them or somebody that has a dash cam in their car. They can't knock on someone's door they walked passed and ask them to erase them off there cameras. Anyway I truly hope that this has been taking care of, no one wants to see anyone lose their employment with the way things are now we just want the public workers to know the laws they need to know with today's climate. With that said if it hasn't been done yet that it will be in the very near future the employees will be trained concerning this. Also HIPPA IS FOR THEM TO PROTECT NOT THE PUBLIC PLEASE INCLUDE HIPPA TRAINING. THANK YOU.

The employees in this building are very ignorant, rude, and don’t realize it’s a public health department which means private citizens can walk in during business hours and can film everything within the public lobbies and corridors. It’s perfectly legal, but they don’t care and will say it violates HIPAA. HIPAA only applies to covered entities and their business associates. It’s their responsibility to not leave out important documents out in public. Not the private citizens. Even the cops in that area don’t know that and they’re supposed to uphold and protect the rights of the people. Shameful.
