I’ve been working with Family insurance well over 20 years. They have been so professional and really overall a delight to work with. Miny, who is my account manager has been so resourceful and dependable. It’s always a pleasure to speak to her. I highly recommend Family Insurance for any or all of your insurance needs. I was shell-shocked moving from North Carolina to Florida by the insurance company policies and rates, but thankfully I found Victor and he worked with me to find a policy I could afford, explained everything in detail, and always provides the opportunity to call and review my policy with him to ensure I receive the best possible price and coverage. If you are considering Family Insurance I can provide you with 1 simple example why I've been with them for 10 years. A customer of mine emailed me on a Friday (early evening) requesting an insurance document for a vehicle. I sent this request to Ashley Ronga later that night (Friday). Ashley leads the customer service team. At 10am the next morning (SATURDAY!!!!) Ashley sent me exactly what I needed and I sent it to my customer so it was in their inbox first thing Monday am. This is 1 example of hundreds and hundreds of exemplary customer service I've received over the past 10 years from FIS. Several times a week I deal with contracts that require documents only FIS can provide. I need these asap and they not only send them same day but within an hour or 2! Matt Marino is my account manager and he has been with me since day 1. I can email or call Matt with anything at any time. He has really done a fantastic job with the team and it truly is a family. These guys will do anything in their power to help their customers out, which is very rare these days. I cannot recommend this company enough!

It's always frustrating when changing insurance companies since it's not something we do every day but I can say that Miny was perfect! I have been working with Victor Zarrilli for many years, contacting him every year for the best price for homeowners and auto insurance. I am more than satisfied and as a result, recommend him to many people. He always searches for the best plan in a timely and effective manner. We all know that to find a price that is remotely acceptable is a challenge and I shop around (for auto insurance) with companies directly. If Victor is unable to match one I've found, he tells me and advises I take the better one. In addition to his excellent work ethic (hard to find these days), he is honest.
