I needed some money from a point of sale off my plasma card and as I was going to purchase a orange. As the excellent staff member understands this she suggested that I instead of spending 1.30$ on a orange I purchase a cup of ice, instead for .24¢. so I did and she gave me the orange as it was unsalable due to its time being there unsold. Thank you dear for giving me something from this great state. And keeping our of being rubbish

Every single time I go in to shop it's like meeting up with friends. Over the past couple months I've gotten to know the staff and I refuse to go anywhere else. Their courteous, prompt, polite service is without parallel. Despite the occasional over the top rude customer they always keep a positive attitude and go above and beyond. Thanks for making me feel settled and at home!

This store rocks the manager Chelsie is a rockstar here in Pensacola we are working our way through the aftermath of that wild child hurricane Sally Chelsie‘s power wasn’t on so she couldn’t process a payment for a propane tank she let us have a full tank of propane and we will go by tomorrow and pay herSo a big huge shout out to her and her staff I can’t remember all of their names so I don’t want to mention one and have the others left out but she is a rockstar and her store and her staff

Its a very busy Tom Thumb but everyone is always professional and kind I never have to wait very long for a gas pump or to check out. I get a sandwich from the real time cafe atleast once a week the sandwich is always fresh and tasty!

I come here for the Njoy vape pods. The staff is always nice and today the clerk and I small talked about the vape pods and how they sometimes leak and I made it out to my car and opened the pack to find out it had leaked 😂 but the lady happily switched out the pack for me instead of having me exchange it with NJOY directly.

Excellent workers I am disabled the pump did not print out a receipt they brought the receipt out to my car to me they also brought me a free Coke since it was free Coke Friday excellent service will be back again

As I said before Tom Thumb is my go to place for gas when I'm traveling. Every now and then I'll even fuel up on a cold juice. If you have to gas up you can rack up with snacks too!

The store is always clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are more than reasonable.

The young guy that works in the mornings is amazing! He always puts a smile on my face.

Really enjoyed the visit..cashier was super cool and patient with us..we were visiting from outta state..
