Courtyard by Marriott Pensacola Downtown

We stayed here for one night while attending at concert.
The hotel was very nice and convenient to all our activities.
It was walking distance to McGuires Irish Pub which was a plus for dinner.
Service staff at the hotel was very nice and friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable.
We had zero issues.
I used to travel a lot with my job before I retired and have stayed in a lot of hotels.
This hotel at this location was a definite plus and enjoyed our stay.
I would recommend this hotel and would come back in the future.

I have typically been a Hilton only girl, but this hotel has changed my mind. My family and I stayed at this hotel last week, and could not have had a better experience. We had several hotel rooms throughout the hotel. All staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They had fabulous recommendations for food in the area and ensured we knew every convenience the hotel had to offer. The workout room was stocked with anything I could want to keep in my daily routine.

The room was very clean, and stocked with good coffee and a mini fridge and microwave provided.

The downstairs lobby was the ideal place to catch up on a little bit of work. Mostly quiet and plenty of great spots to work.

This hotel had great value for all of the amenities offered, and we truly felt like we had everything we could possibly need.

The location was perfect for a morning walk to the pier.

I would stay here every time I come to visit. You can't go wrong with this Marriott.

My experience with the staff here has been EXCEPTIONAL! In particular Vontrel who was working when I checked in. His genuine kindness was so relieving after the trip I had and I cannot thank him enough!

Our driving to Florida hotel, the pool looked cool unfortunately we didn't get to use it. The people at the desk and bar were so helpful. They recommended a pizza 🍕 place for our oversized family. The beach would have been fun but my wife was tired. The bridge was beautiful, especially at night, it's all lit up...like my uncle Joe. Just kidding, I don't have an uncle Joe anymore.

The service here is amazing. Specifically Nyah, she made my trip more enjoyable. She sure everything was taken care of and more, thank you Nyah!! Glad that Marriott hired such a cool girl.

We booked another hotel on priceline (never ever never again) in which we lost our money, but found this gem, totally made up for other place ruining our vacation! Staff (every shift) were friendly accommodating and truly made us feel welcomed. Beautiful scenery, rooms & beds were past comfy. Just a very good experience and will be going back in 2 weeks just because of the Beautiful people and comfort of this hotel. I hope they never change anything about it! Absolutely LOVED IT!

I recently stayed at this downtown location with my family. Customer service outstanding, large lobby with full service bar, outdoor pool, rooms very clean and inviting. The hospitality at this location was genuine and entire experience felt catered to our personal needs.

This hotel is really great! It was centrally located to the bridge and across the street from a Circle K. Also within walking distance to some restaurants. I thought that the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and the free wifi worked well. The hot water and water pressure were also really good. And free parking! Would stay here again.

Absolutely Awesome! Loved this hotel the staff was fabulous and friendly. Clean rooms great atmosphere love love the outside patio and pool area. Marriott as always you did not disappoint

Very good hotel! The rooms looked just like the pictures! Me and my family were happy for finally we have a good hotel! We were on the 4th floor, and I liked the view from the window. I like how the room is BIG and has space. There is a desk, even a COUCH! Wow! And in the bathroom, it was very clean and pretty. In the shower, it even had liquid soap and other stuff for you to wash with. I definitely recommend this place if you are going with family. I wish I could come back again here!! 😁

This is your standard Marriott property, excellent. All around. The beds are comfortable. Comfortable as always, the service is great, there's a swimming pool and beautiful outdoor seating area with an outdoor fireplace. The location is perfect, walking distance to the famous McGuires Irish pub. Pub. If you stay in Pensacola, this is the place. I highly recommend this hotel to all who might be considering lodging for business or pleasure. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff at the hotel is friendly and ready to accommodate your needs. The sitting areas (inside and out) are well designed and uniquely furnished. Some areas offer privacy while other areas promote engagement. I would select this hotel again for a future stay in the area.

The hotel staff is so great! Incredibly friendly and helpful which really makes the experience so nice. Room is pretty clean as well, very pleased with my experience so far. Hotel is also in a great spot if you want to travel around. Would recommend!!

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed! Super clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Katrina went above and beyond to help us and was exceptional with her customer service. She made the stay 1000% better! Definitely staying here again when we come visit our son in college! 🏖❤

Katrina was excellent, she got us an early check in after a long overnight travel. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Pool and spa was a great addition to our stay. Next time we are in the area we will definitely stay here again and recommend our family and friends.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly! They always welcomed or wished us well when we were coming or going. They were even willing to help search for lost items. Would stay again without a thought!

My wife and I just got back from a quick 3 night stay at this location. It was a very enjoyable stay. The room was nice, bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. We were able to do an early check in which helped us out after a 9 hour drive. Location was perfect! The all famous McGuire's is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, just be careful trying to cross the street. Whataburger and a few other places close by. Depending on the time of day and traffic, you're still a close drive to get to the beach. The night crew welcomed us in every night and asked how we were doing. One of the ladies on the night crew has a credit of an order of Whataburger onion rings with me :). On the day of checkout, there was a nice woman behind the counter that helped get my billing figured out. I will be staying here again in just a few months. Keep up the good work!

Where do I start? The staff is exceptional. I was greeted by an incredibly friendly front desk manager then had another lady help me later when I came down for a question. The rooms were nice and VERY clean. And the location is unbeatable right next to Bagelheads, the water and in downtown. If I could give this place a 6 out of 5 I would!
