Absolutely great place to stay! Its extremely Beautiful, clean, friendly and has a lot of history being part of a Train station from 1912.
Not to mention the food is wonderful as well!
The only problem I have is their pillows are small enough they could be couch pillows and there's no microwave in my room. I still have it 5 stars because everything else makes it worth it!

This was an unexpected stay due to a flight delay. The lobby was beautiful. My room was clean, cozy and comfortable. It had a nice view of the city as well. It's downtown and sits next to the Pensacola Civic Center. What would make me return here however was the fantastic hospitality I was shown by the night staff. They were so very friendly and caring. They went the above and beyond you just hardly ever see anymore. The 2 wonderful ladies who were desk staff and security showed such caring by looking over my map of places open to eat dinner, being it was almost midnight, and their dining room was closed. They also helped me with finding the best/safest 24 hour store to pick up some essentials. I definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel’s historical and the staff is friendly and helpful! The hotel rooms could use some updating but they are clean. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times while visiting to watch the ice flyers and have never been disappointed. They also have a great bar and great bartenders! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved it! The place was beautiful. Excellent location! The staff were extremely nice. The room was in excellent condition. It's like a step back in time when you enter the hotel but it's nice and clean at the same time. We will definitely be staying at this hotel on our next visit to Pensacola Beach. Also, it was extremely affordable. The only draw back is the pricing of the food on the hotels menu. But we were so close to everything that it didn't matter. We just tried the local restaurants out.

From start to finish, this hotel mainained a five star rating through and through. Our front desk attendant, Jennifer, was so hospitable and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and was very informative on the history oh the hotel. The room was wonderful and for the most part very quiet. Our kids loved the rooftop pool too! So very happy with everything and already planning our next trip. Will be sure to book here again every time we're in the area.

Great hotel stay for an older location. It has been renovated, has a lot of parking, and their staff was awesome. This location is not to far from the beach if you're driving and not within walking distance. A lot of great eatery's in the areas and local shopping. This is somewhere I would go again to stay, with the clean rooms, and we felt like we were sleeping on a cloud in the bed.

Our daughter was married in downtown Pensacola early March and we had a lot of family and friends come in from out of state. We decided to stay there as well for 2 nights. It was absolutely the perfect place to stay for our occasion. With the bar and restaurant, it allowed us to hang out with our family and friends in between wedding stuff. Everyone loved staying here! The staff is very pleasant as well.

Absolutely love the decor. It was an old train station and you really get that feel of it being grand as you walk through the revolving doors.

The bar has great food, drinks and atmosphere. The pool is well maintained and the staff are amazing and super friendly. Close to the interstate, shopping, restaurants and downtown.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a relax, historical hotel experience.

A beautiful hotel conveniently located near a bustling downtown scene full of awesome places to eat, shop and sight see. Had a very clean room and an amazing view all around. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was friendly even when my key accidentally erased and had to be remade. A positive experience all around. Hope to stay there again in the future

Loved staying here. The restaurant serves great food. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodation was clean. It has retained many of the original features from when it was a train depot, making it a very pretty and unique hotel. It is conveniently located too

Sorry I didn't take any pictures during our stay at the Pensacola Grand Hotel. This ornate and historic hotel was the highlight of our trip. The place is immaculate and a pleasure in so many ways. Staff is courteous and goes out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The restaurant serves very good food at a surprisingly reasonable price. The rooms are spacious and always clean. One pleasant surprise was the fast and smooth elevators that you hardly felt moving. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Pensacola !

This is a beautiful hotel with great prices. Family is staying in town there and we have been enjoying the bar downstairs. Matt the bartender is really nice and has a good memory and the other servers are great too. We ate at the bar last night and the food was really good and so we're the prices. I had the Grand Central chicken salad and I loved it!

Good price, great staff—they recognized my tax exempt right away, gave me a room facing the bay, up high. 10 minute walk to anything (historic district, food, and bars). A/C can be a bit strong. Service in restaurant is slow—I think they need to add another cook. But service in bar is quick.

A beautiful historic hotel that has a bar and restaurant on the main floor. The hotel is very clean despite a vintage look. I can’t stress enough how clean the hotel was. The pool is very private and clean with lots of room to lay out in the sun. Room service was on time and housekeeping was polite and hardworking. Very happy with our stay!!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel this past weekend. The room and beds were comfortable. The front desk ladies were as sweet as can be and very friendly. I adored the decor of the hotel so much as well. Loved everything about it.

Service is great.
Polite & Helpful
House keeping was just fine.
And as for some people saying thing like, "outdated "?
Sure, maybe a little bit.
But to me, it adds to some of the nostalgia of the Hotel.
I like this Hotel and it's clean, quiet, comfortable. Just fine.

What a fantastic location! A few minutes walk to the Seville District! The renovation is on par with the time period and absolutely gorgeous! Very historic and charming in every detail as it used to be a train depot stop! The Cavu lounge has a great atmosphere and great service with tasty treats from the kitchen. The drinks are wonderful and the entire staff is so friendly! The rooms are spacious and have beautiful views of the Escambia bay in Pensacola harbor. The roof top pool is clean and refreshing with towels, restrooms, and showers available. Parking and handicapped accessible, everything you could possibly want from a fine hotel. Hit like if this helped.

This is such a unique hotel! My wife and I occasionally stay here when we want a night getaway (even though we live in Milton). We stumbled upon the 15th floor suite and it was awesome. It is a two story suite with tons of room and a fantastic view of the city. We plan to make this a regular occasion for us.

Didn't even realize it was a train station until the desk clerk told us, then it popped in my head that I had been told this over 30 years ago. My dad retired from L&N after 42 years so, I thought this was pretty cool for me. There was an excellent view and the room was quite comfy. Everything was pretty close, within minutes. I'd like to stay again, if we get the chance. The beach was close and it was a good one night get away from the kids. A lot of night life and finding a place to eat was not hard.
