I just want to give a review about the company (Century Public Adjusters) because of their outstanding performance especially among the workers they have; Fernando Mendoza, Melissa, Nataly Gonzalez and all Staffing did an amazing job with handling my claims. From the moment they stepped in they were very informative and engaged in the process to attain the appropriate settlement. My wife and I were very satisfied with the result and continue to recommend the company to family and friends. If we have any issues in the future we will seek their help without hesitation. Do not hesitate to entrust them with your complaints because they always give better results according to my experiences and the customer reviews.

We just completed the insurance process after hurricane Ian and I'm going to share our experience and honest review.
Frankly we were on the fence as to whether we should hire a public adjuster. We had a LOT of damage, interior and exterior, water intrusion into the attic and ceilings, etc. After thoroughly researching our options we hired Century, and Fernando Mendoza was assigned to our case. We can't say enough about him and Century... They were professional, responsive, thorough and most importantly very knowledgeable and experienced. Right away they got a restoration company into our home, and gave us a lot of pointers on how to handle several of the repairs. Fernando also handled all negotiations direct with the insurance company, allowing us to focus on finding repair contractors. Furthermore, we initially received a lower offer from the insurance company, but after Fernando completed the negotiations we were very satisfied with the end result. In fact, the fee that Century charged was not only quite reasonable, we have no doubt that we would have been much worse off if we had tried to do this ourselves... Essentially the fee was irrelevant due to the value Fernando brought to the table. His knowledge of the industry and how the insurance companies operate was crucial to making this turn out as well as it did. As the former CEO of two companies, I had fairly extensive experience in this area, but that was nothing compared to Fernando's expertise. We strongly recommend Fernando and his team. Hopefully there won't be another hurricane soon, but we're far less worried about that now...one call to Fernando and we'll rest assured it will all be taken care of.

My initial contact was with Ms. Jenniffer Nichols after she completed a home evaluation for my parents. Ms. Nichols is very competent and does her job well. She possess great customer skills as she was very pleasant and made sure my parents understood the process. She went above and beyond to ensure the claim process reached a reasonable settlement within an appropriate time-frame. Also, all of her associates whom I had contact with are well knowledgeable about their duties. My parents and I were treated with respect and dignity by the staff. Although there were some misunderstandings toward the end of the process, the issue was resolved appropriately. I can surely recommend this agency for a job well done. Melissa was amazing. She educated my husband and I about the process and discussed realistic time frames upfront with us so that we knew what to expect. Melissa went above and beyond to ensure that all questions were answered quickly and that all deadlines were met. She is extremely knowledgable in her field and definitely fought for us. The other staff members in office at Century was always very professional and helpful as well. I definitely recommend Century Public adjusters.
