This was my first Rolex and I was very nervous. Jamie immediately FaceTimed me showing the watch, box and all the tags and such. Jamie has been extremely patient with me and my newbie questions. The transition was super smooth, watch is better than expected. I could not be happier with the whole experience!

These guys are the absolutely best!! Followed them on insta for a long time and then purchased a beautiful Choc dial oyster 41 mm when it popped up on their WhatsAp chat deals for a great price. They shipped up to Jersey overnight and watch was delivered as promised next morning. Dealt with Jamie through the whole process who was a stand up guy and even took my trade-in too. Bottom line is this team finds what you want and only tolerate what’s best for their customers. I’m a second time customer at Koosh. Going to be a third time for sure. Great people. From my experience, they jumped through hoops to get my request right. But a little back and forth makes the process fun. They aren’t easy to negotiate with but in such a demanding market, hard to get a bottom dollar for such amazing watches. With that being said, their prices strongly compete with other luxury watch resellers I’ve encountered. And I shopped around quite a bit before finding Koosh. To that note, I can hang out with these people and watch them do business all day. Lots of fun in this place. If you’re looking for luxury watches, I highly recommend this team. I worked specifically with Jamie, but I’m confident in the whole squad at Koosh. Great peeps.

They're so friendly, personable and helpful. I get waited on immediately and my repairs are done right there on the spot... I highly recommend them, their products and services.
