Hyatt Place Pensacola Airport

Fantastic customer service and very friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast is your normal affair, but still tasty. Room is spacious and comfortable. I Highly recommend this hotel. These members of staff made my stay so much more comfortable from Savannah and Lina from check in to Nikki, Alicia, Hannah, and Brylee during my stay

if you can get a suite on the end I highly recommend it, a staircase and personal hallway with a view separates you from the rest of the rooms! Super quiet room Dr even right next to the airport, like literally 50 yards maybe. I guess I should also mention that the room itself was almost immaculate to the point it seemed. no one has. ever stayed in it before, closet, fridge, huge shower, great views, desk, sitting area with lots of seating and an amazing mattress for a hotel. Also a gym, heated pool, and then there's a coffee bar, restaurant, business center with PCs, printers, etc and more seating for privacy all in the lobby

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and everything worked as it should. Will be staying here again. Also nice that you can grab some light food without leaving the property. Also, at 4am shuttle driver was immediately ready to drive to the airport.

Nothing but good things to say about my visit. Great location, nice clean room, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I had a last second reservation that I double booked and chose the wrong dates, which couldn’t have been fun to deal with, but Ronald at the counter was particularly helpful and patient with me.

Very clean and comfortable and if you're flying out from Pensacola International Airport . This is the place to stay if you have an overnight stay. Quick walk and you are standing in the door of the airport.

If your flight cancels or gets delayed this is a GREAT hotel to go to. It is within WALKING distance of the airport. There is a dedicated walk-way leading to the hotel. The free continental breakfast here is one of the best I've had

Problems happen from time to time, but how management responds is key. This Hyatt is well managed. When we got back to our room late at night, we discovered the AC was not cooling sufficiently and called the front desk. Maintenance had already left, but the front desk offered a fan. The next morning as we checked out, we spoke with the general manager, Alicia, and she quickly offered a solution that was more than fair. Overall, the staff was friendly and responsive on a very busy weekend.

The service was really good. I especially liked Leticia the shuttle bus driver. She was so sweet and nice and made me feel comfortable.

It was a very short business trip to Pensacola. This hotel is conveniently located right across from the airport parking garage. It took me literally five minutes to walk there. My room was clean. It did have some kind of smell though. Other than that it was fine. I loved breakfast in the morning! It had everything from bagels, omelette and sausage to yogurt with freshly frozen berries with granola. Delicious!

Our flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay for the night. When we checked in with George he was fantastic! He drove us to a restaurant for dinner and picked us up later. George went above and beyond his responsibilities.

We came here for a night out together. The room is really nice with a big shower (always a plua) in the bathroom. We were in a king suite. Nice size. They have a full bar, and you can purchase Starbuck coffee. They even have food items you can purchase. They actually have a real continental breakfast as well. Eggs, bacon, bagels. And it's right in front of the airport. This really is a nice hotel.

The hotel was very nice and the front desk was super nice. They have a little bar in their for the guest too. I dug the room. Modern and clean.

Hotel is very modern, bar is comfortable and cheap, breakfast was really good for a complimentary breakfast! Rooms were super comfortable, big and modern. Even being right next to airport, noise is not bad. Mario and Aj were wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Short but a good stay! Lee the shuttle driver, was nice enough to take me to grab some snacks from the store! I am very grateful for that! Great customer service and made my stay so much better!!

Had a nice stay here. A hop from the airport. Room was clean. The young lady in the Front desk ( I forgot to get her name) provided great customer service. Breakfast was descent. Literally nothing to complain about at this hotel other than a particular housekeeping staff (young man) could be a little nicer.

Very nice property. All of the hotel staff are very nice and friendly. Brenda and Layla put out a great breakfast spread every day. The food is hot and fresh with a large variety to choose from. They are both super nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

This is a very busy location with high turnover. Because of that the rooms are showing a little wear and tear but are still great. The incredible staff makes staying there outstanding. This is my go to hotel when I'm in Pensacola on business. Better than average breakfast, small bar and workout room. Any problems are taken care of quickly. Highly recommended

Beds and room were clean, my kids especially enjoyed the pool open 24 hrs, I'm always scared of finding bugs and I'm happy to report there were none to be found. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the breakfast but I did enjoy relaxing by the fire pit in late November. Staff was helpful and courteous.
