This was a wonderful little hotel! Very clean and friendly helpful staff. This will definitely be our hotel of choice when we return to Pensacola. The happy hour and breakfast options were lovely. Also the location of the hotel is perfect as it’s right on the main drag in downtown we only had to walk 3 minutes to get to the music venue we came to town for. 10/10 in every way!

Despite my initial worry about the accuracy of the photos, I was pleasantly surprised by the cute and well-maintained place. Even though I stayed alone, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel safe. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Excellent location. Walk to great restaurants & microbrewery next door. Safe, clean & a throwback to the motel days. Nice fast grab breakfast choices. Good coffee.

What a treasure! Perfect location for shopping and eating out. The rooms are small and older, but definitely clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They have this beautiful patio area that is like a hidden oasis in the city. We enjoyed the happy hour reception, sitting on the patio drinking a glass of wine and listening to the water feature. The breakfast bar was also very nice, stocked with plenty of breakfast bars, orange juice, water and coffee. We will absolutely be back. 💯

As someone who travels quite a lot, I must say that it was the best 3 star hotel I have ever stayed in my life. I recommend you to make a reservation without hesitation. The place is quite clean and well organised.

Stayed there for 21 days for a school and had a great experience. Location is good. Room was always clean. Front desk was always super helpful. If I ever have stop in Pensicola again, I'll def give them a call.

Amazingly quirky little place that just feels neat. It has a beachside indie motel feel. The desk manager Mark was absolutely amazing beyond words. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Pensacola!

This place was built in the 1950s and slowly upgraded so no complaining its not a newer hotel.

From Justin (front desk) to the manger and owner who take care of a retiree live-in..... we could all learn something from the old-school of how businesses are run and how to take care of people with respect who may be in need

It's an older building but is well maintained and clean. The staff is excellent. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and venues. So the location is perfect.

This hotel has great customer service in the front desk. Also the first hotel that I go that has include happy hour for the guest to meet an chat. The breakfast was good full of snacks an juice

This is a very pleasant & inviting hotel. The innkeepers were very friendly & helpful. The room was very clean & the mattress was very comfortable.

It's a little bit of an older hotel but you can tell the owners have done a lot to remodel/keep it up! It's a fantastic location and the staff is very friendly. It may not be the fanciest or most modern place, but it is great especially for the price!

Really really impressed with the service and staff there. Room was super clean and the bed was really comfy. Room was smaller than I expected, but it really didn't bother us. Location is fantastic for downtown Pensacola. Lots of fun stuff to do within walking distance. We will be going back in June.

Hotel was a great value for the money, free breakfast is very good and there is a complementary snack bar in the lobby from 5-7 with drinks. Overall, its a great hotel and I'd rather book here than any chain hotel. No sketchy activity and a constantly clean and maintained interior and exterior make for a great place to stay while in Pensacola.

What a gem in the middle of downtown Pensacola! Room was very clean and well appointed. The front desk staff was friendly and answered every question I had about restaurants, beaches, and fun things to do with a smile on their face. Location is great with easy walking access to dozens of local restaurants. The coffee in the lobby in the mornings was exceptionally good which I wasn't expecting. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great little motel!

Me and my boyfriend stayed this weekend and this hotel was perfect for what we were looking for, rooms were nice and clean, And the location was perfect walking distance to everything. We will definitely come back the next time we stay in Pensacola. Definitely good for the price and they actually had good toilet paper in the bathroom lol

Wow!!!! First thing I loved is the location, close to everything!!! When I checked in I was greeted promptly and the front desk clerk was very kind and attentive. I was kind of hesitant about being on the third floor but there is a elevator and it worked!! When we walked in I was very happy with the look of the room, the bed is a huge king size bed!!! The floors were clean, this room offered a fridge and microwave and they were both clean and well kept. The room featured a huge closet and iron and iron board!! The shower height was a bit low but my hubby is 6’3 and he showered fine. We did have a chance to go to happy hour and they offered free wine ( white and red) free beer! ( my hubby enjoyed it) and cute little snacks, like cheese and pretzels. I am currently posting in this big comfortable king size bed and I’m loving it!!! I hope our stay continues to go well. I definitely recommend this place!!! Great price!!!
