Publix Super Market at Park View Commons

This isn’t MY Publix, but we did have to come here when the Churchill Square one was being renovated. The employees are always super nice. Having a bad experience at a Publix is a rare occasion.

I appreciate that they have a family restroom here also, since I have children. It also has a full length mirror in there, which ALL bathrooms need now.

Great store and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They ordered a certain product we liked especially for us and we found that to be really convenient and great service. Food is always fresh!

We shop her regularly but this time was to order a cake for our daughter’s birthday. She wanted their Birthday Sprinkle Explosion cake which they normally request 24 hour notice for. Trent in the bakery was great and made her day when he told her we could get it by 1030 the next morning (at about 330 in the afternoon!)

The cake came out EXACTLY as she wanted and she loved it! This is why we will visit Publix all the time, especially for their cakes!

I’d like to shout out Ann and George in the deli! Every time I go to get a sub George is always happy and upbeat! He cares greatly for his customers and it shows. Ann made a fantastic sub, listening and caring about what she was doing, which sadly is hard to find nowadays. I will be back, just so I can see their smiling faces!!!

I have to give a big shoutout to John the manager from this Publix. I am a regular customer but I had to come back today with an issue with items we got for dinner today, and he really nice asked what could he do to make it right. I told him all I need just same ingredients I got to make dinner again, when I came tot he counter he told the cashier to also add a $20 gift card due to the problem and he kept apologizing. I thank him and told him was not his fault and thank you. John went the extra mile without me as customer asking

I love Publix!!! Employees are professional & courteous. I go quite a bit to the deli section for sandwiches & wraps. I also like their fried chicken, mac & cheese & their soups. The store is clean and neat.

This is a great grocery store. It’s very clean and everyone is so friendly. I love that I can place my deli order online and pick it up at the store but to be honest I usually just wait my turn at the counter so I can interact with Mrs. Ann. She’s the sweetest!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and has a variety of items. The fruit and vegetables are great. The deli had all that I was looking for and more. The hot case was full, and the food was fresh. The sub station worked diligently to keep up with all the orders. It was a pleasure shopping at Publix.

I'm a bit of a.Publix snob! I like Publix... a lot! Always clean, always organized, generally helpful staff that seem happy to work there. I do shop at those "other stores", wally world and Aldi, etc., and yes, SOME items are lower priced, but not always, and definitely not when Publix has Bogo or coupons I also enjoy Publix brand items, but mostly that the store atmosphere and staff make it well worth the risk of paying a little more for a LOT better store and staff and food quality.

Wife sent me to the store. I was searching for some items & couldn't find them. I stopped to ask an employee for help. He was very nice and polite. He chk'd his phone app & told me Isle 4. Then he said: do you want me to go with you to find it? I replied: that would be nice. He said, we'll find it if it takes all day, I have to work till closing. He took me there and I got several cans of the item and thanked him. When I left the check out, I saw pictures on the wall of their staff. The man who was so polite, was the store manager! So, he took time from being busy to help a customer find an item. What a great example of customer service.

Employees are always helpful. Great selection. Love that I can order subs online then go pick at front of store.

Always a pleasant experience. I find particular joy with their employee that goes to get carts to return, belting out a great song as loud as he can. It makes me smile.

This Publix is always clean and stocked with the stuff I need. If there’s something I am interested in that they don’t carry I can usually talk to a manager and they’ll try and get it in. Their beer selection is great and it’s always a pleasure to shop here.

Sooo many vegan options yayyyy! Very friendly staff.

The cashier Mike and I the bagger I caint rember his name . He should get a raise.. I was short 33 cents and he took his card out his wallet and paid the 33 cents .. thank you I wish I need his name for he can get a good mark .. thank you guys . Have a blessed Thanksgiving..

Everyone's very polite and they know their products and where they're situated. Also, the store is very clean.

Excellent shopping experience because of a talented cake decorator. Nicole has made numerous cakes for countless events and celebrations for the last two years. Thank you Publix for attaining talented and approachable associates.

I love the new publix! I don't like that there isn't a specific customer service counter up front, but the rest of the place is laid out pretty nice.
