Hilton Garden Inn Pensacola Airport - Medical Center

I stayed here as a quick overnight to catch my early morning flight at Pensacola Airport.
The hotel is clean and welcoming.
The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
The staff were all wonderful! from the front desk, to bartender, to the shuttle driver. From beginning to end, everyone was so courteous.
The hot tub outside was delightful! Perfect way to unwind at the end of my trip.
I had to get to the airport by 4:30 AM and the driver was immediately able to take me upon being called.
Will definitely stay here again if needed!

The staff is amazing here! And get the breakfast well worth the price for the buffet! One of the best breakfasts in the country.

The lobby was nice and had snack and drink bar.Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. I was able to use the fitness room after hours.Breakfast was hot and fresh. Restaurants were close by.

We made a quick trip to Pensacola and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. We loved the cute little cabanas at the pool. The rooms were comfy and Susan was very helpful and friendly. We'll be back.

It's clean, very friendly and the bed....sooooo comfortable. Hilton Garden, you got me. I visit this city often on business and you will be my goto. Thanks again!

This was probably the best experience at a major hotel I’ve had in years, dude primarily to the excellent customer service going above and beyond to make sure my arrival and check-in went smooth. Everything else about my stay was lovely too.

I'm from out of town, needed an airport hotel. The Hilton was quit convenient to airport but quiet & safe. Rooms were clean and well set up. I found service to be excellent & food was fine. (No room service , " take out" to your room)

I stay at hotels weekly and this has been my favorite Hilton Garden in the Panhandle thus far.

Great hotel! Pool was wonderful!! My daughter and I had the pool all to ourselves this past Sunday when we stayed there for the weekend. Friendly service and everyone was so accommodating. Nice full size mirror too. Highly recommend!

Room was clean, staff is nice, the restaurant was great, and location is convenient.

Wow!!! What can I say! Front desk squad is the BEST! Miss Jeri, Jennifer, Jeremiah and everyone else were so nice and helpful. Restaurant was nice with great food and cocktails. Complimentary shuttle is so convenient and the drivers are nice. Deodorant is free which I thought was thoughtful. Room was clean and bed was nice. I generally liked the interior design of the hotel. Hot tub nice too.

Great hotel. The restaurant served delicious food. The shrimp and grits were the best I have had in a long time. Great hotel overall.

If you're going to be in Pensacola and you're not going to be at the beach, this is an excellent Hilton Garden Inn!

The staff and managers at this hotel are top notch! Susan and Amanda at the desk along with Jeremiah and all the others! Super friendly and helpful. We will be back to stay as we visit pensacola often!

There are two parts to this review. The first is an enthusiastic compliment to the staff. The front desk, and particularly the night cook and bartender were great. We came in late - around 9pm - and were treated wonderfully by the restaurant staff.

Not to mention, the food and menu were awesome. The chef came out and explained how it was all made from scratch and it showed. It was honestly great and I hope I get the chance to stay here again just so I can eat at the restaurant.

Initially, there was a SNAFU with the hotel shuttle and they weren't able to pick us up for awhile but eventually they got the "sister property" to pick us up. The only negative I will say is that my bathroom tub probably needed to be recaulked and looked at, but the room still felt clean and updated.

Next time I am in PNS I will stay here for sure.

What a nice place in every way! We were welcomed by beautiful Christmas decorations in the lobby and friendly front desk people. Although housekeeping was not daily, if something was needed, we got it right away. Staying somewhere with a restaurant was almost new to me, it had been so long since I had. Christmas dinner was delicious and definitely a new experience in a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and I hope to become a regular.

Hotel staff were friendly throughout our stay. With the exception of a bag of chocolate being found In our mini fridge our room was exceptionally clean as well as the rest of the hotel. We had a king size bed which we found to be comfortable as it provided us with a good nights rest. The lighting in the room could have been a bit brighter but it was sufficient enough to see and get around. We were placed in a handicap room and found it to be very spacious. The shower got warm quickly and had excellent water pressure, however the handheld leaked out the side which was a nuisance because occasionally it would spray you in the face when not wanted. We attempted to go swim at the pool, however the weather was not in our favor. From what we could tell the pool was 3-5 feet deep, clean, and handicap accessible, even the hot tub was handicap accessible. This hotel even provided pool towels located conveniently near the pool.

Amazing staff. Everyone one was friendly and helpful. The entire place was very clean. Room was spacious and comfortable.
