The server was very helpful in aiding my friend and I around the menu. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Our food was delicious and affordable. The tables, bathroom, and establishment were incredibly clean and easy to navigate. I wish the sign was a bit more visible from the road however.

This restaurant was amazing to sit down to get a decent meal. I was greeted by the front desk lady very nice. She helped find a perfect seat by the bar. My server came in less than a minute to take my orders. The drinks were very nice and cheap. My meal didn't take long at all. Best ribs I've had in a while. I would definitely recommend you get ribs next time you visit this Friday. Restaurant looks very clean, and the staff was amazing. I will definitely stop by again, next time I am in town. Take care!

So first visit I would have given 4 stars. There were some mess ups and the biggest to me was no manager came to address the issue. The server did fix them. Returned for a Mother's day visit and it was much better. Our server was Ryan. He was knowledgeable and courtious. He was puntual giving the guest flow. The food was speedy and fresh. Cocktails were tasty and cold. A very good visit. Managers were making some table visits here and there. They were available. Staff were utilizing teamwork.

I think this place is underrated because everytime i've gone it's been really good the workers are really great, they're nice and very respectful the food is really good but some of the prices are high I find it to be worth the money but in comparison to some places it may not be the best price wise

The hostess/ waitress was very polite, patient and kind. She accommodated our seat request. She was prompt and checked in on us frequently. The food was hot, beautifully presented and tasty. Would definitely go back to this location again!!

Had the Cobb Salad. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Ben says 4 star but he don't know.

Great service considering they were having endless apps & the servers were being run like crazy. We had delightful service & really enjoyed the lava flow drink

Great service, a group of Real estate agents get together at this location once a week to eat and enjoy our afternoon.

I have never had such in accommodating waitress for a larger group of people. Our group were straggling in at separate times and our waitress never blinked an eye. She was always accommodating, cheerful and very accurate.
The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I haven't been there in quite a while but will make the effort to return soon.

The service here was amazing. Right off the bat they had told us they were short servers on a busy Sunday afternoon. It was never noticed. Our orders were taken quickly. Our food was brought out fast and was amazingly good. Drinks never ran dry. I've honestly had much worse service from a fully staffed restaurant. Covid spacing is still being used, which to me is a good thing. Overall would and will be dining here again.

Very satisfied and well satiated. We will go back. This was their Bucket of Bones appetizer.

Very clean entryway and dining table. Staff awaited us at the doorway and held the door opened. To me, that is a sign of staff being cognizant of patrons arriving. That sets the tone for (usually) how the rest of the dining experience will be.
And it did. We were waited on promptly. Checked with occasionally. Our 2 year old was, personally, made to feel welcomed.
The food came out hot and fresh. And, without be a nuisance, our waiter checked to make sure the food was to our liking.
All in all, for a chain restaurant, great service.

Me and a friend ate here on a Monday night. We arrived hoping to sit outside and the outside lights were off. I was disappointed to see this, but asked the bartender if the patio was closed and she said it wasn't. She informed me that she would have a hostess turn the lights on and get us a server. Server arrives a few moments later and takes our order.

We order the endless appetizers for 12.00 and start off with the boneless wings. Half Carolina Reaper and half buffalo. Ten minutes later we receive our wings, which were fresh and hot. The Carolina Reaper wings were definitely spicy, but didn't destroy my mouth. They had great flavor and so did the buffalo wings.

As soon as the wings initially arrived; he asked us what we wanted next. That way we would have more food ready by the time we had finished our wings. We ordered the pot stickers, which were simply amazing. Might be the best pot stickers ive ever had!

I cant remember the servers name, but he was one of the best servers I've ever had. He was very fast, friendly, and had a great attitude. I wasn't expecting such great service and couldn't tip as much as he deserved, but if i went again and he waited on us he would definitely get a fat tip!

Had lunch in the Bar. Every time I have gone the food has been consistently good. Love their Sesame Jack chicken strips and the new doughnut cheesecake is awesome. We have had great service from Samantha and always request her and Kay is an awesome manager… she should definitely have her own store! Solid place to go with a good selection on the menu...great food...cool atmosphere & great service.

Hostess was very helpful. Our server Anthony was really attentive and helpful. He got our drinks (which were killer and never empty) right away and explained the menu well. Our food was great and really filling for good price. Will be back for sure!

The Bucket of Bones had really good ribs. The meat came off the bones easily and were juicy moist. The sauce wouldn't stay on the wings but they were finely cooked. Our server did a great job especially with there being a group of us. He kept the drinks coming and he was communicative.

Went for lunch today around 2 PM. They only had a hostess and one bartender/server on staff. Despite that, Stuart was giving incredible service to everyone. By himself.
I've worked in the food service industry a long time, and I rarely ever come across someone as hard working and kind as Stuart.
He needs a big raise or a promotion, seriously.

From visit on 18Aug2017: Had a great time, they accommodated our large group (10-15 people) very well! We were a needy group, ordering cocktails and all kinds of endless apps! Would definitely go back. Our server (Kris/Chris) was wonderful, and very sweet! Will ask for her again when we come back. Food was always hot and delicious!
