My visit this time was just a quick follow up. On every visit, I find the staff very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that I’m seen on time or, in some cases, even ahead of my appointment time, so there’s no long waiting periods. The office spaces are pleasant. Dr. Williams is very personable and answers any questions I have. I feel I am treated as an individual person and not just a number. Very pleased with the way my gums are healing after laser gum surgery with Dr. Williams . Highly recommend their office.

First, Dr. Williams has a beautiful, modern, comfortable, and clean office with ample parking. Second, his staff greeted me and other patients in a friendly, professional manner. Third, I was seated in an exam room a little before my appointment time and my chief concern and medical history were carefully reviewed and verified. Dr. Williams then came in and introduced himself. I immediately felt that I had met a new friend. He was thorough in his assessment of my problem and explained my treatment options and his recommendations. As a retired doctor, I knew I was in the right place to handle my periodontal needs. I highly recommend anyone in need of periodontal or implant care, consider Dr. Williams and his team!

Well… I can say this about Dr David Williams ( and his wonderful staff) : He is probably the best you will find in NW Florida. I moved from the SF Bay Area and I sure miss my dentist there as he could do it all. If you need an implant or want to see what’s going on with gums, teeth or maybe trying to determine if you need to do a root canal vs a Post Tooth Implant ( including bone grafting),- he IS the guy! He is NOT a regular Dentist , though I very much wish he were. Basically, if you need facial or gum surgery, teeth implants ( post and graph portion) - he IS the best you will find. If you’re ever in a car accident requiring your face get fixed- he’s your guy! I went him to this time, thinking I might need an implant
in my bottom back teeth bothering me. He found 2 problems but after discussion with him decided root canal with my regular dentist was best choice as I still had heathy root material. His office, staff and equipment are ALL the latest best trained, modern and up to date you will find anywhere! By all means - go see him. He ( and his very competent staff) ARE the best at what he and they do. Thank Dr Williams for being here in Pensacola so I don’t have to fly back to SFO for quality care on my old teeth!

This was my first time visiting and I was so impressed with the cleanliness of everything. Then during the exam, I was impressed by the thoroughness of the exam itself. I definitely got my money's worth!

I had my first oral surgery at a different oral surgeon and had an awful experience. Someone recommended Dr. Williams to me for my next procedure and I am so thankful that they did. He is an amazing oral surgeon and his staff is wonderful. I had such a great experience and will be returning to Dr. Williams for any future oral surgeries.

What a great experience. Dr. Williams and his staff are the best. I had a cracked right molar all the way down to the root and for the past 2 weeks was in extricating pain. My dentist charged me just to tap on my tooth, and then referred me out to another specialist. This specialist wanted to charge me for another consult and then possible surgery in July! Basically, I’d be in immense pain for another 6-8 weeks before tooth removal.

I spoke with Ashley at Dr. Williams and they not only scheduled me in next day, they were able to extract my tooth later that same day! Even though they were booked out for weeks they still found the time to resolve my issue, for this I am eternally grateful.

Thank you to Dr. David Williams, Ashley, Robyn, Jennifer, and the rest of the phenomenal staff. You are all amazing. Dr. Williams is a beast, he extracted my #31 molar is one piece in less than 22 minutes and I am not even sore. I highly recommend Dr. David Williams.

This is the most organized and professional office I have been to in a long time. There are never any surprises and I leave there knowing exactly how much my procedure will cost. The staff is incredibly friendly and Dr. Williams work has been excellent with virtually no pain! I highly recommend this office for any oral surgery..

I have used Dr Williams for years and have always had a great experience. His office staff is friendly and efficient. His hygienist are excellent and provide a comfortable, pain free cleanings. Dr Williams is always professional and takes his time to explain options. I highly recommend this office.

The staff here are fantastic. I was terrified of the dentist but they quickly put me at ease, they were very professional and knowledgeable. Dr William's was really helpful I'm glad that I came to this dentist as I feel that they can get me to where I need to be at to be healthy. The office is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice especially if you are fearful or nervous of the dentist they are awesome.

The staff is very responsive to my needs. They always call me back promptly and respond to my needs. The doctor uses great care for the patient when doing any procedures. Very clean, very professional, using all protocols For Covid. These types of procedures are no fun so I am appreciative of their care and creating the best possible outcome.

The office was nice, and the staff helpful and professional. Being in pain and in an office the first time can be anxiety inducing but from the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly, helped by Amy, spoke to Dr William's, and a plan for my care was developed. At the end had a meeting with Brandi to go over everything and answer all my questions. Much appreciated. Thank you for a great experience.

Everyone at Pensacola Periodontics are very helpful, kind, always smiling, and the whole office has an inviting welcoming air! I am a fearful person of dental work and Dr. Williams, Jennifer and Brandi have shown true care and compassion for my fears… I totally trust them… which is huge!! I am grateful for their taking care of me and my dental problems with care and concern for real!

HIGHLY recommend this office! I would fly or drive many hours just to come back to this office for future dental work. I needed a dental implant (3rd one) and had the best experience ever. Made an appointment and within 3 days got my implant put in. The office staff were AWESOME and super nice. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were very conscious of my time and I never waited past my assigned appt. time. When the time came for my implant, my appt. was at 2:40pm and I was completed and walked out of the dental office at 3:15pm; they were that fast and efficient! I chose not to be put to sleep during the procedure and did not experience any pain. They numb me well and had no problems with pain. They call your prescriptions in a day ahead of time so you can be prepared once you leave the office. I assumed I'd have to take time off from work but could have returned if needed because it was such a simple procedure. This was not the same experience I had from my last two implants. You will not regret choosing this dental office and I will certainly return to this office for future dental work even if I live hours away.

For the first time in almost a year I feel like I've FINALLY met an office that CARES about their patients!! They were reasonable and wanted to do just the work that was needed and not try to sell me some crazy $30K package for what I need done. Highly recommend.
