Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The associates were very helpful and professional. The car was nice, clean, and ran well. For some reason, the side view mirrors are always dirty when I get rentals, but that happens everywhere. Overall, a good experience. They helped make a stressful situation easier.

I originally was having such a bad experience with dollar car rentals, and decided to give Enterprise a try. It was very straightforward, quick, and easy and there wasn't an outrageous young renters fee or deposit required. Gary and Savannah gave great customer service, and was very very helpful during the whole process. I will definitely be renting with them again.

I was able to get a car fast at the Enterprise on 9 Ave in Pensacola, Fl. Also work with me until I could get my car back after repairs. Stephen Roy, Austin Branscome, Tyrone Hurd and one other but I forgot his name were very helpful.

Susana was amazing, very knowledgeable, and professional, super nice and patient. I don't often get rentals, but everything happens for a reason, had trouble with my own car, so I had no choice, but I am so glad we met. Gary was very knowledgeable and professional over the phone with my husband. Definitely would rent from here again and tell my friends too

I recently had to rent a SUV for a trip to Orlando. I was extremely impressed at the AMAZING customer service that I received. I had made the reservation online and everything was ready for me to pick up. It was literally the quickest "out the door and in the car" experience I have ever had renting a car. Susanna, the awesome service rep that helped me, was truly a delight. Some people do good customer service and some people are just amazing at customer service. Susanna was absolutely a pleasure and made me smile even when I was driving away. She is a massive asset to Enterprise! Great Job Susanna!

Gary and Susana both made the rental process extremely easy and efficient. They were welcoming (which I appreciated after a long flight, and before another one) and the van I rented was clean and performed well for my needs. Thank you both!

Great location, off airport but very close so you get much better rates. Staff (shout out to Gary) was very professional and friendly. Reluctant to post bc I want to keep the secret to myself!

The 9th Avenue and 1-800 services were great ... I want to say a special thank you to Suzanne and Gary at the 9th Ave in Pensacola.
The airport needs some customer service training.
And I would also like to mention that the airport location is always telling people that don't have reservations that they have no cars. It is NOT always true. When I called the 1-800 number they said that is not true they have a lot of cars. Also if you look online they are showing cars available on the website at the Pensacola Airport.
I have been told Airport locations like to hold on to extra cars so if you do NOT have reservations they will always tell you they don't have any cars available...

Enterprise is our go-to car rental company. We’ve rented from Enterprise dozens of time. Their Customer Service is always good. Suzanna at the 9th Ave, Pensacola store is fantastic. She is always helpful, pleasant, and takes great effort to ensure customers are pleased. She is a great Enterprise employee.

Susanna, Gary and Tyrone great staff at this location. Susanna and Gary have awesome customer service skills. Tyrone cleans the cars awesomely and fast. I will always go to that location.

I rented a Toyota Camry at the 9th Ave location in Pensacola, Fl. Sky and Sara were both amazing with their customer service and very helpful. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service I received from Enterprise. Thank you so much for making a difficult time a little easier.
