Amazing family run company! My mother’s 60 year old home had to be rewired because it was built with aluminum wiring and insurance companies don’t like to cover that. James E Simmons Electric was recommended by a good friend and we couldn’t be happier with the end results. Not only was their quote for the work the lowest quote we received, but their attentiveness to detail and cleaning up each day was impeccable. We recently had a home inspector come and inspect the home for insurance purposes and he made it a point to say how impressed HE was with the electrical work that was done. I’ve just contacted them to come and do a few things at my own house. I think you will be well satisfied with James Simmons Electric….. glad I have found the electrician my family will be using in the future!

This company was recommended by another electrician. Jordan, Sergio, and Dalton were outstanding to work with. They had a few challenges with our rewire, but we have told everyone we know including our realtor how excellent this company is. They were punctual, and professional the entire job. We appreciated them more than they will ever know!! Rewires are difficult and expensive. The job was done for the price quoted!! Would hire them again. In a heartbeat!!

VERY DEPENDABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. I purchased my older fixer-upper almost a year ago. The inspection showed that James Simmons rewired the home. Breakers began tripping after installing new appliances. When I've called this company, they get back to me sooner than expected, within 24 hours, and have shown up the next day! The electricians show up, assess, tell you whats wrong, how they're going to fix it, they actually fix it, says their nice goodbyes and then they're out so they and we can get on with the rest of our day. James Simmons will be my #1 choice for future projects in the near future. .

James E. Simmons Electric, re-wired our entire house. The team that did the work were fantastic and understanding when we had questions. Jordan was easy to get a hold of if there were any issues. They even came back out to the house to help with a problem we thought was electrical and ended up being something else, but they still fixed it for us. A really great experience!

The JES crew of Tim, Ryan, Noah and Max rewired our 4 bedroom house. Gone is the single strand aluminum wire and safe copper wire brings power throughout the house.This major job was accomplished WITHOUT major damage to the plaster walls. ANY minor damage to the plaster was patched beautifully. It was a pleasure to have the JES crew in the house. I used this company for a whole house rewire. My house is an early 70s ranch home with aluminum wiring. They were very responsive from providing a timely estimate for the job to working me into their schedule months before a large competing company could book me in. The crew was great, very knowledgeable, hardworking, and polite. Each day they cleaned the areas they had worked in and I was kept informed on daily progress as well as next day plans. I'm very glad I choose this company and would highly recommend them! Great having a home now up to code and all switches and outlets working.

This is a family owned business and they do a great job! I used them for a complete remodel and wiring upgrade on a 1967 ranch. Several switches, outlets and smoke detectors were added to bring it up to code. I also added several ceiling lights and extra outlets. They had the best price and delivered a top quality job. They are very responsive and stand by their work. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

James Simmons Group is incredible. I had a situation where the buyer of our house wanted to have the aluminum wiring converted to copper before they purchased the house, but after I scheduled James Simmon's group to get started our buyer pulled out and I had to cancel. The buyer then got their problem taken care of and again contracted to buy our house, by this time James Simmon's group was booked up and did not think they would be able to fit us into their schedule before we closed on the house. I waned them to do it though, because they quoted me 1K less than one other contractor and 2k less than another. James Simmon's fit us into their schedule on time and did an awesome job. He even came over himself on the last day and cleaned up the dust from their work, painted a wall that had to be repaired due to the wiring and there was no damage done to the house after a complete rewire, other than that one wall. It was good as new. I can't say enough about this company.

We had a great experience with JES on a big rewire job at our house. The crew was professional, responsive and polite in every interaction. They even did a first rate job of cleaning up the mess. Could there be a JES house cleaning service in the offing?

They re-wired my house a few years ago and did a great job. Recently, at a different home, I had an outlet that needed repair. They showed up when they said they would and got it fixed the first time. Great experience!

James Simmons pleaded the case for copper wire hard. At the end though, we could afford only alumicon (sp?). As the owner of a $10k septic system that pumps sewage downhill and had an extremely annoying alarm, I have an exceedingly low opinion of county and city building codes. The narrative Simmons described seemed loaded with corruption connected with disreputable alliances of local and state governments with insurance companies. I couldn't afford copper, and did not want to be shamed about it on the one hand, or to be pushed into it by sleazy alliances on the other.

Simmons still came in as the lowest quote. His workmen FAR exceeded expectations. People who know me know that I am cheap when it comes to tipping. I am so cheap that I am overjoyed to get poor service in restaurants so that I don't feel I have to tip. But these guys were simply outstanding. I tipped them each $50. I've never done anything like that before and doubt I will ever do anything like that again and don't feel uncomfortable with my actions at all. Simmon's workmen make his company one that I will come back to if I ever need an electrician again.

Enjoyed working with James and his team, on time, efficient and very knowledgeable. Will be using JES Electrical in the future for other jobs that we have planned.

Rewired our house. Did a great job. Very professional and didn't need to make a single hole in the wall. Three years later we haven't had a single issue.

After being led on by another electrician to come out and help with a bathroom remodel, James Simmons squeezed us in and their guys were polite and worked quickly! Will be calling again for our next project!
