Wonderful experience all around. Brandy made the annoying task of getting quotes and information very simple and easy. Finally someone who is personable and friendly that treats you like a valued customer when others don’t call back or just use a non-answer as their answer. She responded immediately without making me wait for a response. She was able to speak and relate on a personal level where others sound like a drone reading from a manual. What a breath of fresh air.
