Their idea of buying a house cash is an absolute joke, you can list your home for sale in the condition its in and still get a better cash price than their offer, save your time and move along to other places, also non stop unwanted solicitation after you’ve told them “No”

THIS COMPANY HAS MAILED 5 UNWANTED SOLICITIONS AFTER MY father has passed away and my parents house was ALREADY SOLD in Pace from GREG BUYS HOUSES. I have contacted this business four times by phone requesting to be removed from their mailing list. Today I received the 5th solicitate mail from this business. So why would a person do business with company that continues to send unsolicited mail to my father who passed away in January 2023 and who I registered on the OPT OUT. So I am writing this review so anyone who reads this review knows this is the type company I would never do business and this possible has an impact on this business since they DO NOT LISTEN nor do research before mailing solicitations.
