They have treated my family like it was their family. We have gone to them for 4 years now over the past years. All the cars are dependable and nothing was hidden from us like fees. Took care of me without trying to sell me what I didn't want. Told them what I wanted and they did the rest making sure it was in my budget and something good for me. I traded in my car and walked out with a better one. Everything is upfront and just a good old fashioned hand-shook deal. Its all at face value. Thank you guys!

Took my car in, diagnosed the problem, had it fixed next day. Fuel pump and bad solenoids. Very good service, reasonable repair bill. Nice people to deal with and my car runs great!

I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. I called from out of state, inquiring about a vehicle for sale. Each person that helped me was sincerely generous, informative, and unpressured. They declined to require a deposit if I wanted them to hold it for me, for me to come down to see it, and offered more time than I would need. When I didn't call back, they checked with me anyway, before letting it be available to anyone else. Even after I decided not to make the trip, they were so sincere and courteous. They have a wide selection of available vehicles as well. They also helped me know what I would need to do later, bringing the vehicle back to NC.

I recommend this dealer ship to anyone who is in need of a vehicle. I also want to give special thanks to one of the best salesmen in the nation Mr. Drew Rushing. He was amazing. He went to the extreme heights and above and beyond. Very professional, Assertive, and very patient. He even brought me a train ticket from miami to purchase my car. I went through numerous of dealership in miami and none has exceeded this expwrience. I want to thank macklin auto company . I love my car. Alphonsia assisted my brother on picking out his car. She was very knowledgeable, very sweet, and verryyy patient!! They close at 6 but we didn’t leave till almost 8, because they wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Alphonsia and Jennifer reviewed everything for us.
