Executive Car Rental

I received great customer service from Jessica at Executive Car Rental that helped my family and I quickly get out of the airport and into a nice rental car for a few days. Nearly everyone on my flight who rented a car, even folks who did not pay beforehand but included it in their flight reservation, did so through Budget. This resulted in a huge line while the other companies had very few or no people waiting. Jessica took the initiative to approach us and secure a similar car and nearly identical rate and saved us probably 30 minutes or more, while also taking care to walk us to the vehicle, conduct the inspection, and provide clear directions on their policies and car return procedure. I highly recommend their services, especially if you have not already paid for a rental, find yourself stuck in a long line, and are looking for a much faster experience.

I was bumped off of a flight and didn't want to sit in the airport for 6 hours. I checked at the "brand name" car rental locations and they wanted huge rates. One of the reps at Executive Car Rental overheard my conversation and offered me a rental at a great rate. They even walked me out to my car. Great service at a great price. I will definitely rent from them again!

Morgan is awesome! After she saw me get turned away due to lack of inventory at another car rental company, she came up to me at baggage claim and said that she could take care of me. I was pleasantly surprised, and she got me out of the airport in a manner of minutes. This is my first time to Florida, and I must say that Morgan has started my business trip off with a great start to my day. Thank you!

My husband and I used Executive Car Rental for the first time and was so impressed with the superior customer service that they provided from start to finish! Hands down, this company is the BEST Car Rental company that we've ever dealt with. To top it off, they were the most reasonable as well. Kendrick went the extra mile by following up on our last day due to inclement weather to see if we needed additional time. Christina, Aidan, Michela, at Executive Car Rental have gone above and beyond with customer service. Christina not only helped us with the best rate, but too understood our desperate family emergency situation and took the time to find us the best extended rate. Mrs Christina was very very helpful in saving us rate on prepaid fuel. She was very Professional and very compassionate! This is 100% the best customer service ever! When my husband and I arrived at pns, we were told by a major car rental franchise that they were out of cars and could not honor our reservation. Period. Absolutely no help. We noticed a sign at executive car rental that stated they had cars. They could not have been any nicer. Christina and her co-worker, got us a car, walked us to it and made sure we were set.
We own a condo in the area and sometimes on the spur of the moment fly in instead of driving. From now on
We will book with Executive. We both work in customer service driven jobs and recognize great service.
Both of these ladies were excellent.

The staff here has always gone above and beyond to help our family get to our car and settled. Shout out to Jordan for helping us get our rental car this past visit to Pensacola, FL. We were not as familiar with this company when we first booked with them, but since our first experience with Executive was such an exceptional one, we have chosen to use them when we need a rental company. Not only did we not not have to wait in a long line (like many of the other bigger name rental companies), but we got the best deal by far! If you have never tried Executive, you need to give them a try. The manager at this branch, Kevin, has also been a huge help! We have only good things to say about our rental experience with Executive and look forward to sending them our business and encouraging our friends who visit Pensacola to use this company.

I would like to shout out Executive Rental Car of Pensacola for their awesome professionalism... I called in a reservation about 2 weeks earlier than my flight was scheduled to come into town, Kendrix was so helpful and his mannerism was impressive. When my flight was delayed and I had no way of call into the facility to let them know I was very nervous bout not making it before they closed. As soon as I landed I contacted them and it was right at closing and Kendrix and Christina agreed to wait until I made it over to pick up my rental. I really appreciate the great job this duo did, I was in and out in no time.

We had a wonderful experience with Kendrix- he was nothing but helpful, kind, and patient. We showed up first thing in the morning, but he was already in a great mood and brightened our whole day. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about all the information we needed, too. When it came time to extend our rental, Amelia was just as accommodating and kind over the phone. Renting a car can be a daunting task, but these team members made it very easy and had a great attitude the entire time. We will definitely be back! So impressed with the service! I was a bit hesitant because sometimes there isn't anyone at the counter but that's because they actually take their time to walk you to your car and make sure you're happy with the car, unlike the other places. The lady that helped me has only been there for a week and she did an amazing job. The nice upgrade was definitely a much appreciated plus too!

This is my second time renting from Executive in Pensacola. Customer service is truly five stars. The two rentals were new, clean cars and exceeded my expectation. The loyalty discount was better than any website price and when in Pensacola again, I will only rent from them.

Flew into the Pensacola airport on Christmas Day, amidst all the chaos, and after being treated rudely by 2 other car rental companies we found Christina. We were treated with the utmost respect. She has a friendly personality and went above and beyond the Call of Duty to get us in the car we wanted and needed, despite the busiest day of the year. She also helps out and tell us for the best local spots to eat hang out. She delivered our car to us at the front door so we could stay warm. We fly into Pensacola 7-8 times a year to visit sick family and check on businesses. We will be here every time and only shop with Christina. MERRY Christmas 🎅 🎄

My husband and I recently used this rental car service for our weekend visit to see family. With both of us being born and raised in Pensacola, renting cars from the airport is something we’ve never had to do. We had such an amazing customer journey thanks to Christina and would recommend anyone to use executive’a services! Christina was very effective in communicating the services, guidelines and pricing. We had no issues with this car rental company, and are extremely satisfied.

I had to rent a car last minute coming from Texas.. Morgan help assist me with a rental car and was so very helpful!! I was a bit all over the place mentally due to my father passing away.. Morgan was very compassionate and took her time to provide all the rates for each of the cars and even walked out with me to the parking lot to see which car I like . Morgan is phenomenal and she ishe is the epitome of customer service!

Worked with Serena when Budget over booked reservation, making people wait 2+ hours! Executive had cars available, was affordable and actually walked us out to the car to check out. Pleasantly surprised by this new company!!!

Christina was amazing getting us our car. We had another reservation with a company two counters down that had one employee handling a line that was two hours long. They had cars available and we were able to get on with our trip quickly and smoothly.

My wife and I had to urgently fly to Pensacola for my mother in laws emergent brain surgery. Kendricks was awesome getting us all squared away after a crazy day of traveling, and last minute stay at a hotel. His customer services was not only splendid, he was personable and upgraded our vehicle free of charge; thanks man!
