Easy process to pickup and return. Veh rented, Toyota Highlander was in brand new shape , comfortable and fun to drive. Return process was seamless

It was so easy to rent a car with Alamo. No hassle at the desk, and a beautiful clean car. Return was quick and I even got a discount for filling up. Will definitely use them again.

Fast and easy pick up for our reservation which is always nice after getting off a long flight. Love the 24hr drop off too, very convenient and one less thing to worry about on our vacation!

The Alamo customer service representative was very kind and courteous, the car was clean and ready when we arrived and the price was very reasonable

Toyota Corolla rented from Alamo was clean, fuel efficient and had a full complement of accessories.

It was very easy to get to the Alamo counter after our arrival to the airport. The efficiency of the associate was appreciated so we could get on with our trip with no delays. The car was beautiful and very clean and since I already have a Nissan at home it was easy for me to know where everything was on the car. The ease of returning the car was a plus after arriving at the airport. It was a great experience! Thanks!

Alamo was a last resort to secure a rental car. This was my first experience with Alamo but it was a great one. The rental agent, Alissa, was awesome. She was able to quickly take care of the necessary rental paperwork which was the expectation, but she did it while simultaneously calming my anxiety. And she is very kind. Also the car I received was impressively clean. The next time you are at Pensacola Airport and need a rental, go to Alamo and ask for Alissa. Alamo will definitely be my first resort whenever I need a rental car in the future.

First time renting a vehicle at this particular agency and it was pleasant. We flew in on a later flight and I was able to check in and pick the vehicle up early. I was also given a free upgrade from the manager which was nice to have. The process was smooth and easy. The vehicle was spotless and the return was just as easy as the pick up was, and we were encouraged to leave what little trash we had remaining in the vehicle after mostly cleaning it out prior to turn in, which was hard due to having it ingrained in our heads to leave it better than you found it.

I will definitely do business with this agency again!!

Side note: Don't be that guy/ gal though that trashes a vehicle only to leave it for the attendants because they clean it out!!

Wow, this is by FAR the BEST rental car experience I have ever had. I picked Alamo at PIA due to their high volume of high quality reviews like these. The desk attendant Suzanne was friendly, attentive, always smiling and patient. She never used any high pressure sales tactics to upsell me on features I did not need, although, she did make me aware of them.
When I experience a small problem with my rental, she immediately made it RIGHT!!! The car was impeccably clean and nice! I very seldomly bother to take time to leave reviews, but I say if you are going to Pensacola International Airport and need a vehicle rental...DEFINITELY go with these guys!!!!

Alamo at Penscola Airport has been my best choice. Customer service is above and beyond. They are reasonablly priced. Always a quick check in and check out.

My husband and I traveled to Florida to deliver cars to our son and daughter. Due to my husband's job, we had to rent a car to travel back to Virginia. We had originally reserved a compact car, but was given a free upgrade due to Alamo not having any compact or economy cars at the time. The representative at the Alamo Pensacola Airport was very helpful and we were in and out in a very timely manor. Drop off at Norfolk International Airport was also extremely efficient. Thank you, Alamo!

Had to rent a car the last minute for traveling plans changing. The car was nice and very clean. Returned the vehicle in New Orleans the next day and everything went great. The employees were very nice and helpful and we didn't get any other charges on on credit cards. I will be using them again when we need a rental

Rented my SUV from Alamo, from the Pensacola airport. The SUV was perfect for my travel and very roomy.
Had a very pleasant experience with them.
They were very courteous and professional from the front desk to the staff where you pick up and return the car.
I would recommend them to anyone renting a car especially at this site.
I will use them again the next time that I am in Pensacola.

The lady agent was absolutely delightful and typical of Alamo the rental
process only takes a couple of minutes. I have been an Alamo Insider for many years and have never been disappointed.
The Economy Nissan was a fine car and was exactly what I needed.
Very comfortable, with great gas milage.

Alamo was great to work with. Easy and fast check-in. No hidden fees, which is nice! I will definitely rent from Alamo again!

The car we received was great. The service person was a sweetheart. Easy to find vehicle, and super easy drop off. I also accidentally left with the keys, and Alamo called and asked me to return them very nicely... no extra fees. Couldn't be happier. The Jetta we got was BRAND NEW. The price was cost effective and low.

I booked my reservation online. It was fairly easy. When I got to the Alamo check-in, the lady was very friendly and helpful. I did not get the vehicle I thought I was getting. However, I got a great one with more room. Then, the attendant walked to the other end of the lot to get my car. The experience was amazing. Upon return, it was even smoother. The attendant looked over the car, scanned the key and I was done. The best rental experience ever!!!!!!

I’ve rented from Alamo several times and every time has been a great experience. Customer service is efficient and thorough making the the check-in/check-out process quick and “headache free”. Prices are competitive with top of the line car selection. Will definitely rent from Alamo again.
