Extra Space Storage

Very professional and courteous service! I am very pleased with the ease of the setup process considering this was my first time needing a storage unit. I set everything up over the phone and was filling up my unit within the same hour. I left my dolly by mistake they even held that until I returned to collect it awesome service!

Great facility in a great location. Tons of space for parking and trucks to load and unload. They’ve updated their keypad systems and very easy to use. Clean facilities all around. Dee and Anne have always been very helpful with everything we’ve needed. As far as storage facilities go I would highly recommend it.

The best place and amazing people working here. Feel very taken care. Quality space with a/c. Ann and Anthony are super professional and made the process seamless. Will recommend to everyone I know!

Dee was really amazing helping me get set up. She took me on a tour of the facility and answered all my questions. I said yes to this location because of Dee!

Just passing by to mention Valerie ( the office team member )and the team at the office of Extra Space Storage I’m Hollywood Fl, they have great service, they are kind and looked at my needs as particular as they are in a unique way, and gave me a great deal on a perfect size, clean, and secure unit.

Dee the assistant manager gave us hands down the best customer service I’ve ever encountered at a storage unit! She was so kind, patient, and understanding when helping us with our unit. She resolved all of our issues in less than 2 min and made it a breeze!

I was trying to rent a unit in person by myself, however Amy took care of me, she was nice, professional and with good customer service. She also was patient with me. Good attitude.👍
