McCreary Dentistry

Drive all the way from Navarre for this practice! Everyone was smiling, friendly, funny and incredibly skilled. As a career medical professional, I cannot find one negative in this group.

Dr McCreary is the BEST dentist in northwest Florida. Never rushes you, takes time to explain and answer questions that you may have. Clean comfortable offices. Office ladies are always smiling and attentive. But my personal hygienist is outstanding. Miss Jacqueline explains everything she is doing or about to do. Super smart, professional and sweet. 5 STARS !!!!

Once again it was time to have my biannual dental cleaning. Yes, this is often a dreaded event. Once again, I was reassured I made the right decision choosing this office. Checking in:easy-peasy; the wait to be seen: hardly waited and the cleaning experience: great. The process was explained, my hygienist was attentive to my needs and then it was finished. I appreciate the entire staff with Dr. McCreary!! See y’all in 6 months!

I absolutely love coming here! Dr. McCreary is amazing at what he does, he's relaxed which is contagious, and has a great humor which makes every experience enjoyable. His office is always so nice, professional, and clean, and his staff are literally the best people in the universe, every person there is so sweet and helpful! His front staff are organized and friendly, all of his technicians, hygienists, and assistants are knowledgeable and kind! I have literally never had a bad experience, not once, and I have been with them for about 10 years now :)

This practice is hands down THE very best in Pensacola. Trust me I've done the legwork and had just about given up on finding a practice like the one at McCreary Dentistry. I left a message asking for someone to call back to schedule a new patient appointment. Within just a few minutes the lovely and talented Samantha called me to do just that. I explained I am slightly dental phobic and she was happy to listen to me and then explain their philosophy for people in my situation. Got a next day appointment as someone cancelled while we were speaking! Today I encountered Christina who kept me laughing while she completed my x-rays and initial exam prepping me for the big guy, Dr. McCreary, to review my x-rays and make suggestions on what we need to do to get me back on track. I enjoyed my visit and particularly the laid back easy going vibe of the entire staff. This is an incredible group of dental professionals that put you right at ease and don't try to bankrupt you when it comes time to schedule out the procedures needing done. Jennie was fantastic when it came to scheduling and did her best to get me squared away with several appointments and had the costs with my insurance figured in no time flat! Bottom line: No dental practice I've encountered in the Pensacola area could hold a candle to the excellent group that makes this practice one STELLAR experience. When was the last time you looked forward to a trip to the dentist. There is no way you will ever go back to your old dentist when you walk through the doors of McCreary Dentistry!

Absolutely adore the person that does my cleanings! She is so sweet and let's me know what she's doing throughout the process. Aside from that, I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes to be seen and never had any issues getting appointments in a timely manner. Dr. McCreary is quick and efficient and dealt well with my overdramatics when I had teeth pulled. Overall, the best dental experiences I've had and I'm very thankful I chose them.

Hands down the nicest dental staff in town!! From the front desk receptionist to the dental hygienists to the Doctor himself, they are all so kind and gentle. Dr. McCreary is nice and very patient. He answers all my questions each time I go in to see him. He is very personable and knows what he's doing. With his expertise and the help from his staff, I now have a beautiful, healthy smile. I honestly look forward going to his office anytime I go because he takes great care of myself and my family!

The staff are very nice & professional. Dr McCreary has a great sense of humor & he does an excellent job on all of my dental care. I came in for a crown & cleaning. My appointment went very well. Dr McCreary was able to make my crown the same day. I appreciate that because it saves me time & money. Last but not least, Dr McCreary has an excellent referral program. If you refer a new patient, you & the person you referred get to pick a gift card from one of four places. I love the staff at Dr McCreary's office. I always leave with a smile.

I brought my 4 year old son in for his very first Dentist appointment today and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The waiting area is comfortable and inviting, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, Julie (or Julia ?) was absolutely fantastic working with my child and Dr. McCreary was friendly and efficient. My son is thrilled about his Captain America toothbrush, his "very shiny teeth" and the toy (ok maybe 2 toys!) that he got from the basket on the way out. Thank you to all for making my baby's first trip so easy and fun!

These people know what they are doing and they do it very well!! Dr. McCreary is a very personable dentist and listens to every concern you have while also reassuring you every step of the way. However, the shining star in this practice is Christina (hope I’m spelling it correctly). While I was nervous about the procedure, she went out of her way to assure that I was comfortable and kept a conversation with me while I was feeling anxious about the procedure. If you have ever feared the dentist, this place will change your views around 110%!

A few years ago, I chose to make an appointment with Dr. McCreary after doing extensive google research on dentists along the Florida panhandle. He and his staff are, by far, the most wonderful team I have ever experienced! Impeccably clean, comfortable, friendly, accommodating, and most importantly (to me) - they take the time to talk to you: answer all of your questions, "baby step" you through the experience if you're nervous... they remember you - you're not just a chart to review. I have never, in my life, raved about a dentist - but Dr. McCreary and his entire team are worth bragging about!

I am new to Pensacola and was referred to Dr McCreary’s office. Great experience from the moment I walked through the door. Friendly, easygoing reception staff. From X-rays to the hygienist everyone was efficient and gentle enough I could actually relax in the chair. Dr McCreary and his entire staff expressed genuine interest and concern for my dental health. Thank you to everyone. This was as good as a trip to the dentist can get!!

My first experience here was exceptional! Very little wait time, safety was a priority and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I had X-Rays, exam by Dr McCreary, a cleaning and was done in an hour. The office itself was very well appointed, clean and welcoming. I found my new dental family!

Until 6 months ago I had avoided going to the dentist for years because of a bad experience with a different dentist. I am so glad I came to Dr. McCreary's office. Annie, the dental hygienist, did x-rays and cleaned my teeth today. She was very kind and did a great job cleaning my teeth. She also told me some helpful things that I could do to keep my teeth healthy and even wrote it down for me. :) She listened to my concerns and shared them with Dr. McCreary before he examined my teeth. I am so glad that I can trust Dr. McCreary and his knowledgeable staff with my dental needs. It has been a long time since I have felt that trust with a dentist and his staff. I'm looking forward to my next visit to his office!

As someone who has a panic attack at the thought of going to the dentist I was extremely impressed by everything this Office did for me today. I was only scheduled for my initial consultation but they were able to get me in for my cleaning as well and provider me care to help with my anxiety. They were diligent in their explanation of my insurance benefits and extremely compassionate. I highly recommend McCreary's Dentist to anyone looking for a caring team and amazing staff!!

Due to my husband having a dental emergency, we came across McCreary family dentistry. We absolutely recommend them to any and everyone. They are extremely friendly, informative, and willing to help in so many ways. My husband had a dental emergency a few weeks ago and they did not hesitate to squeeze him in as soon as they could. Their outstanding customer care and attitude is what made me book my own check up with them. I am usually nervous about getting dental work done, but the staff here leaves you feeling educated and relaxed. I say educated because I've been to other dentists before that did not feel the need to tell me what they were doing in my mouth! Having the lady walk me through the steps took my mind off of how nervous I was, and I also learned some really neat things that will help me in the future. Not having awkward silence where the only sounds you hear are tools grinding at your teeth with a lady that looks like she's judging your bad dental records was so comforting... and for that, I will recommend these guys to everyone!

I always receive the best treatment! The system that they have is perfect, they get you in and out in a very timely manner and my questions are always answered. Dr. McCreary and his staff are wonderful! They always have a treatment plan in place and are able to schedule you very quickly. Thank you for everything you've done! I could not have asked for a better experience.

It’s always a pleasure to go to Dr.McCreary’s office. The staff is so friendly and we love our hygienist Jamie. She is thorough and always explains everything, Thanks for taking such good care of us!

I have an extreme aversion of all things involving dentistry, a dental office, people who are employed in dental offices, even people who have a dentist as a friend! I recently has my teeth cleaned here. Jacqueline was my hygienist.
I had not had a cleaning in at least 7 years. With extreme hesitation, trepidation, and slight terror, I amazingly kept my appointment!
Jacqueline never hurt me. She had me at ease , mentally, in the two minutes of meeting her. She had an uncanny ability to make a "connection" with me before I even sat in her chair.
As for the procedure, OMG, I have NEVER been to a hygienist who did not "slip" or have to say "sorry" because she hurt my gums. This NEVER occurred with Jacqueline. She explained every move she made ..before and during the entire process. I was impressed beyond belief.

Absolutely, positively, THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have had with teeth cleaning!!

I think I may be in love!! At least, I am grateful beyond words!!

On January 23rd the "man behind the curtain" (Dr. McCreary, of course) is filling a cavity. I pray that he is on par with the rest of his staff!!! lol.

The experiences I have had are wonderful! They really care about their patients and make sure you are comfortable during any procedure.
