I got here for work a lot & it’s always a good experience. They keep it stocked well, and can help you find things pretty quick.

Tried their "senior" hour on Tuesday (8-9 am). Great time to shop an empty store. Really appreciate how clean the store was and the care the employees took by wearing masks and gloves. I shop here at least once a week for the last 3+ years and have never been disappointed. The relatively new service of FedEx delivery/pickup is excellent. I often have packages that need to be signed for,and if I won't be home it can be delivered to Walgreens instead.

A special thank you to the pharmacy staff (Chris) for providing excellent care to my daughter who passed out after her vaccine. Walgreens has alway rated a higher caliber in our eyes but the care and attention they provided was above and beyond! Thank you

There are two guys that work the graveyard shift. Both named David. They are both extremely service oriented, and their product knowledge is on point. Super pleasant dudes. Also they will be happy to test/share any Star Wars and/or medical scenario or info you can throw at them. Not your average checkout experience if you just take the time to engage them in conversation. It's cool. I'm a fan.

EDIT: I've been shopping at this Walgreens regularly for about a decade. Trust me when I tell you that my opinion is valid.

EDIT: one of the "Davids" now works the day shift at the location at mobile highway and Saufley field road. He's still cool.

I have never been so impressed with staff in my life! Stefanie bent over backwards to help me with a work emergency before 7am! I would have never been prepared for my presentation without both of them. Another associate, Pam, helped me over the phone before I even got her, encouraged me to come in and assured me they could get the job done. Bless them! I was in the store printing photos and documents for forever and Stefanie cleaned the frames I purchased and even framed them for me! 10/10 best service ever!!!!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there are always panhandlers in the parking lot harassing people for money. It’s usually the same couple and they can be persistent and a real nuisance

My first job was with Walgreens in Michigan City, Indiana. It was 1998 and my starting pay was $7.73. it's barely that now. Pensacola, Fl makes sure that e try level jobs and more experienced workers get BS pay. Welcome to the south.

Ethel is one of the most special people i’ve ever met. i have been on medication since i was 12 years old, i am now 24. i’ve never experienced the care, attention, and overall true concern for me as a person and customer. i think walgreens is incredibly lucky to have her as an employee and should value her. i use walgreens for all of my meds and have never been treated as well as Ethel treated me. she is special, and made me feel special, too. thank you to Ethel,
and to walgreens for having her. i feel so blessed and cared for.

Didn't have my issue resolved in the pharmacy at first.. but after carefully abiding and reviewing what the girls told me, and abiding by such, I actually figured I had pretty good service, and timely at that all along!!

Stopped in to purchase some over the counter medication and they were out. The manager took the time to check other store inventories to see if it was in the area. Checkout was very cheerful.

I’ve been able to find a lot of quick convenient items and medical supplies. Staff is friendly and if you get a chance to meet Arthurene she’s cool and has been a professional member of the Walgreens team

A great store for our downtown neighborhood. They have the best chocolate selection in Pensacola. Avoiding that aisle is difficult.
