I was very pleased with the service I received. Jeff and Duane were awesome! They were able to come out the same day and within a short time of me calling. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They figured out the problem and resolved it quickly. They even found my septic tank, which I haven’t been able to find in the 5 years I’ve been in the home. They also made sure everything was running smoothly before they left. Over just great service.

I was so grateful and happy with my service from Eric f on the Brownies team! Really knowledgeable and helpful when we were totally lost on what was happening with our septic systems. Would definitely call them again in the future!

We recently had issues with our septic and plumbing, complicated by a neighborhood conversion to city sewer. Both times, they were the quickest company to come out to assess the separate issues we were having. Both gentlemen that came out were fabulous, kind, and knowledgeable. I wish I could remember their names, maybe Jeff or Jason. You guys have a great team that provided quick, friendly, and efficient service. We haven’t had a single issue since they completed the work!! Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience earlier today at Brownie's Septic & Plumbing. I bought some more of the OS-R-Brownies Bio Booster to have on hand. Karen J., greeted me so nicely and then, Alison H., came over and both ladies were very kind, helpful, professional, and patient with me. I've been with Brownie's for years now (I have a septic tank) and they continue to impress me very much. I wish every place conducted their business as well as Brownie's does. I'm certainly going to recommend this company to my friends.

Had a plumbing/septic issue and Jeff and Dewayne came out promptly to get the drains in my house back up and running. They made sure everything working again though it took a couple of tries to solve the issue. Both very friendly and appreciate the care they took to make sure the drain issue fixed and also explained the problem and current solution and next steps if any further issues.

Jean Sylsaint and his assistant did a great job with communicating what they were doing and what they needed. We appreciate how professional they were with us and took the time to educate us on our system. He commended us on doing this ahead of a problem or emergency. We will absolutely use them in the future for another scheduled maintenance visit.

So thankful brownie’s was able to get me on schedule so quickly before things went south. The Tech Jean was a pleasure to work with and was greatly educated in his job field as I had no clue how to locate the tank. He found it within minutes and was done shortly after.

Nate was amazing! He did such a great job and very professional and detailed when explaining and answering any of my questions for reassurance will deff call again to service if they send Nate back over to service my property

Nate G came out and was very friendly and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our septic system as being a faulty pump and got the plumbing group scheduled immediately to fix the problem.

Nate-C7 was awesome I wasn’t even home but he kept me in the loop about what he needed to do and even told me my tank didn’t need to be pumped, but I told him to pump anyway since he was there and I just bought the house a year ago, so I wanted to start fresh😀

We just purchased a home and needed our septic pumped. The previous owner did not care for the yard nor where they built an addition. Our yard is full of dirt Nate G. went above and beyond to help find where our septic was and was extremely respectful and polite in the process.

Brownie's has been my go to septic company since 2006. They are honest and willing to educate on how to properly maintain a septic tank and drain field. Eric inspected our septic tank and found that the filter needed to be cleaned. He told me it did not need to be pumped out and only charged me for a service call. I depend on Brownie's to keep our septic tank and drain field healthy. Highly recommended.

Carlos was here to fix a rocking toilet and found two problems that could have been a huge problem in the near future… he was so knowledgeable and helpful and professional! Thank you, Carlos for giving us 5 star service!
