I was absolutely clueless and in just a quick chat with her she was able to get me an amazing insurance plan for me and my daughter at an extremely affordable rate. She is so pleasant every time we speak and is patient with me and all of my questions. I am able to call her frequently whenever I have a question and I can literally “hear” her smile in her answer. The first year my daughter aged out of my health insurance, we went for help at a nonprofit with health care navigators. We ended up with little help and what turned out to be substandard insurance. This year we contacted this agency and the experience was like night and day. Mike White took our information, found a policy that was better by A LOT for the same money, all in a single phone call. And their service was at no cost to us. I cannot recommend this agency enough!

Mr. White was delightful, helpful and to my surprise able to get my health insurance at a low low rate! What would of taken me hours he did in minutes! He took the time to make sure all my doctors were on network as well. Absolutely the best in Pensacola, friendly & professional staff. My experience with Anna Causey and Cherie Meguess was nothing but the best. Cherie has handled my insurance needs for at least 7 years and when it came time for my enrollment in Medicare she took care of it. Explained in detail the difference in the HMO and PPO plans as far Dr's cost, hospital & medications breakdown. All I can say is if you need any insurance needs do yoursel a big favor and see Cherie Meguess!!! The best part unlike other companies when you reach out to her you won't be waiting a day or so, I can almost guarantee she will respond the same day.

The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. I've worked with Reid Torgensen and Courtney Peterson primarily, but from Receptionist to Insurance Agents this is such a great company. Very professional and friendly. I've had an individual insurance policy with them for years now, and will never use any other company.
