Fairly interesting experience to have been able to enter this facility and tour a couple of the floors during my time at Jury Summons. The staff were more than helpful in guiding myself and others to designated areas. I am sure it is a tough job for some that work here when new cases arise, so it's always nice to have a good laugh and a sense of humor as seen during my visit.

Very clean. Staff was not friendly I eas basically only person there and it took about 15 minutes to get to me? They were fully staffed so really no reason for that.

The guards are straight up disrespectful and makes you feel like you are not welcomed. They also seem racially motivated. They don’t like Muslims.

I was told by the cop who pulled me over and the traffic lady at the front desk that in order to get my ticket dismissed (proof of insurance which i got) I also needed a paper from the DMV clearing me. The DMV mentioned that I needed this form to get the ticket dismissed. So when I got back with it after waiting 3 1/2 hours at the DMV, the lady at the front counter started to argue that it wasn't valid and refused to dismiss it. I should've asked for her supervisor but i was beyond frustrated from waiting all day and wanted it to be done. Missed a whole day of work for nothing. Did EVERYTHING right and still paid...make it make sense Escambia County.

Can’t get NOBODY to answer the phone. Then when I figure out a ticket is in collections, it takes me half a day to call collections and they can’t seem to find it. Nobody can answer their phone. Nor does it seem they know what they are doing. I’ve been calling for almost a week now.

A manufacturer of travesties of justice. The Law sought out Florida to die. Founded on Scripture and executed with greed. Avoid at all costs. YMMV.
