Rich's Car Wash - Pensacola

3/5/2024 as always this place will receive my account even though I was about to cancel it.
I purchased a pressure washer and car cleaning materials but after being greeted by associate Montreal I decided to keep it. I'm not use to seeing a person in such great spirits and he actually greeted and was respectful to everyone. I will keep the membership just on the strength to support a business with someone that provides old school service. Keep it up.

I couldn't renew my membership because their card reader is having issues with my card but still the crew is great. Anytime an issue happens the associates respond really fast to resolve it. It's always clean and fully staffed without the pressure of buying items or being overly friendly where it's annoying. Great job blessing

Mr. Banks was so helpful and attentive!! He helped me every step of the way. Even helped vacuum so I could get finished quicker. 10/10 recommend!

Worth the $6.00 for a basic wash just to use the great vacuums! I used to spend more than $6 to vacuum my car and they didn't work near as good as these. Highly recommend this place!!!

I work for sparkling image car wash but decided to come through for the 20 dollar wash and car came out clean!

This is a good affordable place to go to get your car or truck washed. The man running the kiosk there was also very friendly and helpful. They have free vacuums here with the purchase of the carwash, but the hoses are a bit short so it was not easy to reach all around the vehicle.

I'm only giving a 5 star review because of Saundra. I've been taking my car to this wash for the past couple months and the workers have tried to get me to buy a membership, but I wasn't having it. Saundra was pleasant and overall a lot more friendly. As someone who works with more aggressive individuals on a regular basis it's nice having a softer experience every now and then. She went above and beyond, even when I initially said no, but decided to go ahead and buy the membership.

Sidenote: State Correctional Officers are law enforcement as well and we should be afforded some type of discount just like the local Police.

If you wash your car often this is the place to go. I've become part of their club. It cost me $20 a month for unlimited washes. The vacuums are free. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I really enjoy going there. The store parking area is always clean. I definitely recommend this place.

Rich’s car wash took good care of my car. My vehicle was damaged during the car wash so I spoke to the manager and he assured me their company would fix my car and he was right! Jason called me that same day and let me know their insurance will fix the damage. I let him know I needed my car fixed ASAP because it was a huge inconvenience. I left my vehicle at the repair shop and received it in a timely fashion. He made sure I was able to drive off like the incident never happened. Thank you! Great team!

This is the BEST CAR WASH business in the area!!! The staff there are very pleasant. I recommend joining their Car WASH club.

I was there this past Monday. Currently, they have a Monday special. They only charge you $3 for a basic car wash, and the self serve vacuuming of your car!
If you are like me, sometimes I can run up a $3 charge, just to vacuum my car. The wash, to me, is a bonus!
**Word to the wise** If you can go any earlier than "the end of most ppl's business hours", it would be a good thing! Last Monday, I got there around 6pm. Even then, the line to pay wasn't too long, there were only 2ppl in front of me, BUT..... after I went through the car wash, and found my spot to vacuum, I noticed this....
I noticed that cars were starting to line up behind me. They too had gone through the car wash, but all the vacuuming bays were full! They had to wait for someone to pull out, b4 they could pull in to vacuum their car out. Soooooo, go early if you can!
It's a heck of a deal, if you can make it! If you haven't been, try it! Even at the $3 price tag, my car was clean and shiny.
The best part was how powerful the vacuums are! It didn't take me too long to vacuum, and then I was off!
Go! Give it a try, I think you will like it!

Love the monthly unlimited. It is easy to get a wash before I head to work. Car always looks great.

Needed a quick car wash to start going to and my coworkers recommended Rich’s. I went on $3 Monday, you can’t beat that price and the line went super fast and smooth. They even give a free air freshener with it! Will definitely make this my go to car wash!

You can be in and out of the wash including some tire shine stuff in like 5 minutes. And it does a real decent job.Then pull around give your ride a good vacuuming and voila you are done. The cab company I drive for has a contract with them and it's so easy to get my cab all cleaned up after my shift.

Great place to get your car washed at reasonable prices. The staff here is professional and friendly. Monday's are usually the best time to go as they usually run $3 car wash promotions. Toss in an extra $2 and you get a tire shine as well! The wash hall is automated, but if you like to vacuum your car as well they do provide a large number of stalls containing complimentary self serve vacuums and a place to throw out your trash from the car.

This place is legit, I've never been to a car wash where vacuum use is free. The car wash options are pretty good too. I got my car nice and clean. They had probably 10 or more vacuum bays and people were able to do interior detailing there too.

This is, hands down, the only car wash I go to. The guys that work there are friends, the vacs work really well, and the pricing isn't bad for a wash. Since I can't wash my car at the house and have three kids that trash the inside of the car - I really depend on a good car wash location! Gotta love this place!
