Never knew YOU had to get so much insurance with a Lease. And this WAS the company THAT the Property Owners recommended. So we contacted THEM LET them know what was needed AND within 2-3 day's he HAD his INSURANCE policy so he could sign the lease and move into the NEW Battery SHOP location. They were extremely NICE and explained everything to him SO he understood before signing. SUCH Nice People highly recommend them.
