Sleep Number

So I received the wrong furniture when delivered. When I went back to the store they went out of their way to make it right. Matt helped me and finally decided on another piece, well several pieces that worked out better than the original items. Excellent customer service.

Melissa at the Pensacola Florida store did a great job introducing my wife and I on the sleep number beds systems. I would not typically spend this amount of money on a bed system so in this case time will prove out the true benefit that the sleep number manufacture claims. I have only one disappointment with the purchase process and what the sleep number company is not willing to do when over a sale is over $12K.

Deborah and I had texted several days and I had looked at the website at the different mattresses and bases. I wanted a split king so we could raise our heads separately and have different softness. Deborah showed us several mattresses and we tried them, and settled on a particular one. All total Deborah was very helpful and professional.

Excellent experience trying out the different beds. Knowledge staff. We are replacing our 13 year old Sleep Number Bed. Ask for Elizabeth.

My sister and I had the best experience at this store. Deborah was our associate and made the entire purchase painless, and even helped us maximize our savings. I never felt pressured, she took her time with us and even though it was close to closing she took her time and did not rush us. She helped us pick out the perfect bed and answered every question before I even had it. I understood completely how the beds worked and she never tried to sell me things I didn’t need. I feel like they should just clone Deborah and put her in every store! When we are ready to get our next bed we will return to the same store and see Deborah again. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!!!!

Maggie helped us during our visit to the Pensacola Sleep Number Store. She was not high pressure and took her time to explain all the different features and answered all our questions. We ended up taking advantage of the current specials and feel we received an excellent deal on our new bed. Pleasant experience, nice store, and peaceful atmosphere. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable in helping us choose the right bed for us.

This store has everything you need to build the bed you want. Maggie determined our "sleep numbers," then had us test the options available to customize our bed. She was very patient and didn't complain about working late (we got there as soon as we could). You don't leave with a bed, since it is built based on the options you choose.

Our salesperson (Melissa) was great, we cannot say enough about her wonderful attitude. Also it seemed like she had everything covered as to any questions that we had. Will gladly recommend her to anyone that asked us about this sleep number store.

Elizabeth, at the Pensacola Florida store was incredible. She was so patient and helpful with all of our questions and even stayed way pass closing time to finalize our purchase and make sure that we were completely comfortable with our decisions. Shopping there was a very pleasant experience and Elizabeth gave us white glove treatment through the whole process.

Shawn was super good to work with! From the time we walked in till we left was so helpful. He helped us get our two teenage boys in new beds. Go see Shawn.

Melissa was very nice and polite. Her presentation was informative and not overwhelming. She let me take my time to try out the C2 and C4 beds so that I can make a decision. Did not feel pressured to make a decision. She walked me through the aspects with delivery to make it easy for me to make necessary schedule changes since I will be closing on my house in a couple of weeks. Little nervous making a big purchase like this but couldn’t pass up this sale.

We had a wonderful experience with a knowledgeable sales lady. We will be getting our second sleep number bed with extra features. Our old one is still good but we needed to upgrade to one that raises your head. I can't wait.

I was on a mission to find the best bed ever for the best night sleep of my life. I went to the Sleep Number Store and met Trevor Webb. You don't meet many people as kind as him. He was so patient with me and my gazillion questions which he did answer every single one. I left there skipping for joy! I took my husband and sister the following day and he was just as patient, kind, knowledgable as he was with me. I'm thrilled to say we bought our dream bed! I can't wait for delivery day so I can start dreaming in my sleep! Thanks Sleep Number and Thanks Trevor Webb! Y'all are the best.

Our sales representative, Clay, was outstanding. He explained every detail and answered every question excellently. Initially, before going to the store, I was Leary about purchasing a sleep number; however, after going to the show room and speaking with the salesman, Clay, were extremely satisfied and happy.

We have had our bed since 2004. This year (2017) when we thought we might want to replace it because it was worn, the terrific sales person at the store recommended that we just replace the pillow top and the foam. Cost was less than expected and our bed looks brand new. My experience with the manufacturer has been nothing but great. Originally ordered the wrong pieces, and the call center was great about helping me get that corrected. I have recommended this product and would do so again.

Amazing! Walked in, told Keith EXACTLY what I was looking for and he walked me to the perfect chair!! (NOT a recliner, NOT a separate ottoman, but a highback chair with a foot support) the entire transaction might have taken 20 minutes (purchase, verifying it's in stock, arranging delivery) THANKS KEITH!
