Mr. Holstein was very helpful. We were looking to purchase an adjustable bed and mattress for our grandmother and he went above and beyond. He actually moved the mattress that she really wanted from across the showroom just so she could feel what it would feel like on the particular adjustable bed so she would get the full experience. Most people would not have went through the trouble of moving the mattress and also we didn't have to spend all day there. We were in and out. We had an awesome shopping experience. We definitely recommend Bedzzz Express to all of our family and friends.

What a great buying experience! I had gone to mattress firm and basically walked in and right back out, it was overpriced and very limited selection. Bedzzz express had so many options and Craig was very accommodating with helping me find a bed that was comfortable and within my budget. Got a great bed with a wonderful warranty. I purchased my first mattress out of college from the BedzzzExpress on Davis and the salesperson was great! Delivery was also fast and even when I had an issue with my bed they came and replaced it free of charge. My husband and I returned this past weekend to purchase our new mattress together and were welcomed by Craig, who was extremely helpful and nice! He didn't even mind that we arrived so close to their closing time. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes, which was awesome AND we got everything we wanted for a fraction of the price that we saw in other stores we had visited. All stores probably have their ups and downs but I had a great experience and so did my friend who also purchased her mattress from them last year. They also provided a great 0% finance option, which we didn't take but I could see being very helpful for some people, especially when purchasing a memory foam mattress!

Yesterday was the second mattress we purchased from Bedzzz Express. We bought the master bed mattress and box spring about two years ago and we still love it. My girlfriend is very hard to please as far as mattresses go and they helped us find the perfect one. Now we bought a new house with a murphy bed in the guest room. The seller warned us that the mattress will break someone's back without a pad. We came in and found a great mattress for a very reasonable price that would be perfect for a limited use bed. Both of our salesmen were exceedingly helpful and gave great advice. Highly recommended.

Craig Holstein at the Pensacola store was fantastic. I walked into the store and he helped me pick out the perfect mattress. He answered all of my questions and even put up with all my hees and haws. He listened to my every need and after a long decision process, I finally picked a mattress. I explained to him that my husband was overseas and that I wouldn't be able to pick the bed up until next Saturday due to the fact that I needed a second person to help me. After my purchase he was nice enough to drop my mattress off to me on his way home. If you are in the market for a mattress go to Craig!!!!

Had a great buying experience 3 1/2 years ago. Bought our bed New Years eve and Surprising they delivered it on New Years Day. Recently had a broken box spring and Craig helped me with the warranty. Had a new box spring in a fews days. Craig gave me his patent pending tool to measure "sag" in the mattress. Sent a few photos and he quickly had me approved for a new matttress. Great service! My wife and I was shopping for a new Tempur Pedic mattress. We had been to a couple other stores prior to shopping at Bedzzz Express.
We were greeted by Craig upon entering the store and we immediately felt comfortable in dealing with. He was very knowledgeable about his products and share money saving tips that no other store offered to share with us.
We ended up buying a mattress set and will share this positive experience with friends and family.

The salesman Gary was truly a pleasure to deal with. We narrowed down our choices to 2 mattresses, and he was very informative on the differences between the two. GREAT STAFF !!! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would ! Great prices. We came in on a budget and he made sure we didn't go over and still got what we wanted. Helped us get approved for the financing and everything. Craig really went above and beyond and I'm more than happy I stopped here. I had been searching for a guest room mattress set all day because my adult son was visiting for the weekend. Nobody had anything I could afford and was available to be taken home the same day. When I found Bedzzz Express I was frustrated and was probably a little short with the salesman when I told him what I wanted. He, however, listened to me and what I was looking for. He helped me find something that fit my needs without high pressure sales tactic. They will get my money in the future too.
