Delray Honda Service

Very pleased with the service at Delray Honda. Gwen Mirsky has been my Service Advisor. The estimate for service is accurate, the service is fast, appointments are easy to schedule. Very courteous staff.

I used to go to ACURA at a different location in Delray, and I recently learned that Delray Honda took over- thank goodness they did! They are operating a much smoother, efficient and fair process. My service manager Jorge Badia was excellent. He was attentive, respectful, genuine, and he went the extra mile. I’m so glad this is my new service location, and I’ll be sure to ask for Jorge every time. Thanks for making the typically dreaded car appointment a surprisingly good experience!! :)

Richard Sirjoosingh, my service advisor went out of his way to explain in detail what tests and services needed to be done to investigates my car's shuddering problem. He let me know what the costs were for each test. He sought not to increase the cost. I was very satisfied either theresult.

Pierre in the service department went above and beyond my expectations in helping to clean up scratches.

Outstanding service from beginning to end! Words can not express how thankful I am for each person who was a part of the purchase and servicing of my new vehicle. I've been going to this dealership for a few years now to service my car. Jeffery Hernandez and the crew have always provided top notch service. My most recent visit was without a doubt the best visit yet. The service manager, Alexander Sanchez, helped to make the impossible possible. I greatly appreciate him and the team who work in parts as well as the mechanics. This dealership has excellent leadership with Cassie Flaherty, the general manager, who not only makes himself available to customers but is personable and understanding. His positive attitude reciprocates to each staff member which in turn allows for a great customer experience. There are many team members who were part of my most recent visit and I appreciate each of you. Thank you Craig Masters and James Nolechek for providing a smooth sales process and having my best interest at heart. This dealership has moved mountains for me and I highly recommend everyone to visit Delray Honda and experience the purchase/service process for themselves!

Another awesome sales experience at Delray Honda. My sales person Jonas Bair was incredible! He went above and beyond throughout my entire sales experience. Any questions I had were quickly addressed. He was very paitent with me and kept me informed every step of the way. I travel from west palm not only to purchase my vehicles from Delray Honda but to also maintenance them. This Dealership is top tier in every department. From sales to finance to insurance to service… absolutely painless every time. The customer service at this dealership is impeccable . 2/1/23 follow-up! Another great experience this time with Service Advisor Anastasia Lozowski who help correct a serious mistake by a Honda dealer in NY who used an inferior lubricant causing a problem. But she corrected that with the most professional approach! Kudos to her and Delray Honda!

I always take my Honda CR-V to Delray Honda's Service Center! They do their best to get you in & out as quickly as possible. The waiting area is very large and allows for social distancing; there are 3 different waiting areas with TVs and LOTS of plugs so you can get some work done while charging your phone or tablet.

By far one of the best car dealerships around. The service department is second to none. Make sure to ask for Kathleen to be your service advisor - she works miracles getting the car in and done quickly and efficiently while making the whole experience from start to finish really enjoyable!

After a chain of events that made me not want to come in to see the car I was interested in, Sabrina called and reassured me that I will be taken care of no matter what it takes. She switched the salesperson to someone that was awesome and answered all my questions without hesitation and made me feel like a valued customer. If it wasn’t for Sabrina calling me, I wouldn’t have came in and purchased a car. Thank you again to the amazing customer service and taking care of me like one of your own! I can’t select 6 stars so 5 will do.
