Banfield Pet Hospital

Shout out to Dr. Vazquez at Banfield Pet Hospital for making time at the very end of the day today to see our Izzy.
She has had some stomach issues the last couple days that got much worse this afternoon and I knew she needed to be seen.
Thanks to his care and concern and this clinic’s willingness to squeeze her in (at 4:30 on the Friday of a holiday weekend) and run some tests, she is going home with fluids and meds that will help her tummy settle down.
Thank you Dr. Vazquez and the team at Banfield for your compassion this afternoon.
Izzy and I appreciate you, and all the vets that help us care for our animals. It is a difficult, stressful, and too many times a thankless job. So thank you, you are amazing. 🐾❤

I have been going to Banfield in the Pet Smart in Lady Lake for 15 years now and I have to praise Dr Moses... he is the best veterinarian in my honest opinion. He listens to my concerns and is truly concerned about my 15 year old Shihtzu. I will always recommend Banfield and Dr Moses.

Banfield Hospital is a great place. I totally trust Dr. George and the staff there. They take the time to answer any questions and listen to my concerns about my pet. They make suggestions to help make my pets life stay on a healthy path. My pets health is in good hands!

Dr. Vazquez is great. Casey gets pampered and taken care of. Great service and a payment program. Receptionist are wonderful.

Our pups are patients in the Banfield - Petsmart location. I ran out of meds for Peppermint and they made a one time courtesy refill which saved us considering the one we go to was closed. Thank you so much.

It's nice to call and quickly speak to a person that #1 cares about my and my pets needs. Each visit has been top notch. Great staff and Doctors.

We were so glad when we saw there was a Banfield in Lady Lake. Molly was on their Wellness plan and we always used them in our hometown, The staff here gave Molly the same level of care as her regular doctor. The bonus is all of her records were online and transferred over. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you for taking great care of Molly.

The doctors and staff wonderful. Only issue is if you have a Zoetis Petcare reward credit card unable to use it at this location. The card reader is not set up to accept payment. Been reported to corporate office. The original location does accept card. I moved back to original location near Best Buy.

As someone who has never been here until today and had to bring my precious baby Bailey in to be euthanized.. they were SO very kind, squeezed us in even though they were super busy and talked us through each step. I’ll FOREVER be thankful for their compassion in such a difficult time.

Everyone is always very helpful and really care for our 16 year old dog. They clearly explain what needs to be done and discuss the prices so you can make good choices.

Great place!!! I love taking my dog here. She loves all this staff and friendly veterinarians. They always take great care of her when I have to drop her off. The atmosphere is great there. The place is really clean and the staff is very helpful.
I love the Wellness Plan. It's very convenient and I can take my dog in if I have to have an unexpected visit . I love their hours and that they're open 7 days a week !!!!!

Banfield Pet Hospital at Lady Lake. The facility is very clean. From the front desk, vet assistants and Veterinarians are so professional. I recommend Banfield to your Pet.

Now that I am retired and enjoy traveling, it is such a relief to me to know that wherever I’m at I can find a Banfield pet hospital nearby. My two dogs are well cared for anywhere. We travel with Banfield. Their records are always on file and I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment. Just this year, my partner, and I went on a two week cruise to South America, and boarded our pets at one of the Banfield pet hotels. This was the first time for our border collie, and he had his own room and ice cream at night as a treat. I received updates from Banfield call we were away and called them several times to check on him. When I returned, he was in terrific shape, and did not seem unhappy that he had had his own vacation. I will always have a wellness plan with Banfield!

Colin and Chase, 15 week old kittens in for their first well kitten visit since adopted. They seem none the worst for wear. The staff was helpful and informative.

All staff were highly professional, from the start when i rang to advise the problem my cat had, during my visit when i arrived and saw Clinton who took my call earlier and he greated me and my cat by name. The nurse was reassuringly thourgh by taking as much info about my cat's problem to give a good handover to the vet. After the vet consulted my cat, he came out to introduce himself and gave a very understandable discription of his investigation and diagnosis. Again, very reassuring for me that my pets will be in safe hands when i bring them to Banfield again in future. Thank you Banfield team! Kind Regards. Jayson Broad.

Excellent care from Amber at the front desk to Dr. George. Monthly program makes sense to care for Casey as he approaches old age. Great location off Hwy 441.

Dr George is wonderful with our dog! They are very caring, friendly and knowledgeable!

I have all 4 of my animals on wellness plans and we love Dr. Vasquez🎈🎈
