Easy parking for the Brent/Blount building and other places downtown. It is paid parking 24 hours a day, so no free rides. This is a private lot, so private lot rules apply. It is not a City owned lot. Nick's Badlands Bar, V. Paul's, and Global Grill all have back doors on this lot.

My daughter paid my parking by phone. I received a parking ticket for $93.00 I am a Vietnam veteran 72 years old. The lot is 100 block Bayley st in pensacola. The ticket was sent from New Orleans, LA. The same can happen to you!

Blatant disregard for the Florida Statute 316.1964 regarding metered parking fees for disabled veterans that have DV license plates. They fail to respond to appeals in the 48 hour window they impose upon themselves in the email they send you after completing the appeal online. Near impossible to get someone on the phone, then when you do they tell you they forwarded your message to management and they can't give you a timeframe on when you will be contacted. However, they like to threaten sending your erroneous parking tickets to collections and booting your vehicle. I have contacted the Florida Attorney General as well as the Florida Governor for their non-compliance of the Florida Statute after the woman I spoke to on the phone told me that they didn't have to follow that statute all while being unable to tell me how they are exempt from following STATE statutes.
