Same day service! Raymond sent out Ronnie to work on our house about 2 hours after our initial call when everyone else said we would have to wait several day to two weeks! Ronnie found the clean-out pipe right away and went to work. It took a while, but he cleared the clogs in the two toilets and got us up and running again. Price was exactly as quoted on the phone. We are VERY PLEASED with the service we received from Arto's sewer and drain.

Raymond and Ronnie came to unclog our main sewer line under the house. They came exactly at the scheduled time, which really saved us because it was within 2 hours of when I first contacted them. They were both very professional and polite, gave great advice on how to prevent this problem in the future, and were finished within an hour and a half. Price paid was on the low end of what was quoted, and we couldn't be happier with the service. Absolutely recommend this company!

I called 7-8 different plumbers 4 had a 3 week wait list and 3 did not pick up. Arto's showed up in 40 minutes and charged me a completely reasonable fee for unclogging the main sewage line. I will be using them in the future.

Raymond and Ronnie have worked on my sewer lines many times over the years and have always been fair. I have bamboo roots which continue to plague my old terracotta lines. I am a happy customer!

Wonderful experience. Called them at 830am on Saturday with a clogged main drain. Toilet water all over the place. They were out in 90 minutes and spent almost 2 hours clearing out. Charged exactly what they quoted (very reasonable!!!) and were totally nice and knowledgable.

A call and appointment was made. They said they would be here within the hour and over and hour had passed with no sign of an employee. So, another phone call was made and I asked for and estimated time. The response I got was “should be there soon”. I explained the situation and asked if they were sure they could do the job. I had the pipes scoped with a camera and explained the damage. The man on the phone said “I’ll cancel it then”, and I agreed. I spoke to my neighbors and they have used him in the past for the same issue, so I called him back to explain this. I tried to reschedule and they refused to come and service my home. I’m a customer willing to pay and they did not want to help. I’ve never dealt with a company like this. Poor business management.

When you meed there help they cant help you dont call them for anything they are not good there website is a lie
