We had shopped online, so we knew what we wanted. Brian was pleasant and helpful. We were happy that our items were in stock and available for quick delivery. The delivery team, Garrett and Mario, were careful and efficient.

Melissa and Chris helped my spouse and I find the perfect bedroom set for us. Melissa was very knowledgeable about what was in the store and especially about all the mattress products. She pointed out all the benefits and helped us decide what we really needed and not what she would like to sell us. She saved us money by not buying more than we needed. She was very fair with the sales price and totally professional.
When Andrew and Mario came to deliver our bedroom set, they were so quick and careful. They set everything up, asked pertinent questions, no problems at all. Very courteous, asked if they could move anything else. Totally satisfied with our entire experience!!

Absolute joy to work with Susan! She took the time to help us pick the right fabrics and colors that worked perfectly for our new home. UPDATE: Furniture was delivered as promised and on time, delivery staff were very professional and took extra care during unloading and set up. Because Susan took the time to use the room measurements that we provided, and she converted them to scale drawings, all of the furniture fit in our spaces perfectly. The quality of the furniture is outstanding, we are very pleased with our decision to buy from Turner Furniture!

My family found the perfect couch and love seat set for our home there. A few issues came up with the delivery times. Once the management became aware of the issues we were having, they jumped into action to find a solution very quickly. We received updates every few days with phone calls and text messages until final delivery. I would definitely recommend shopping here. You won't regret it!!

We have been a faithful customer of Turner Furniture for over four years. Yesterday we stopped after visiting numerous other stores and realized why we always return to Turner’s. Super friendly staff and amazing customer service. Our sales person Reagan was fantastic. She went above and beyond to make sure we were going to be satisfied with our purchase. It was excellent, from getting help with coordinating the perfect furniture for our space, ordering and delivery. The two young men delivering were patient and helpful in placing the new pieces exactly how we wanted it. This was our second experience with Turner because of such quality service.

Recently purchased a couch and loveseat , Brian was our sales man and was great not pushy, gave us time to look around. He was very helpful when we decided on what we wanted,very nice man! Over the last 11 months we bought 2 recliner chairs for our family room!!! Recently 1 of the recliners stop working and since we have 2, I was able to troubleshoot and determine that the motor went bad. I called & spoke to Jennifer, she immediately ordered the part and 7 days later the part arrived and everything is working perfectly. Thank you Jennifer for such prompt and excellent service!!!
