A rare positive experience at a major car dealership's service department. Been to many dealer service departments and nearly always had the same difficult argumentative customer experience, until Delray GMC Buick. There is new staff from top to bottom at dealership that trickles to service managers who are polite, explanatory, patient and helpful. Kudos to Scott behind the desk and worker bee Destro in the garage. My recent sales experience in the front office showed me how new cars can be sold with kindness and, yes, determination of salesmanship and follow up. Salesman Bob, store manager Craig, and gm Kevin Connolly should be examples to ALL other dealers not just how to treat customers (you DO want them to return!!) but also a "Team" that works together out of pride of their position. My aircond quit on Thursday afternoon before the Easter Weekend. I quickly drove to Delray Buick GMC and Frank Castagna took great care of me. He called me Friday morning to let me know everything was fixed. I really appreciate his and Delray Buick's quick service.

I have bought over 30 cars across the years, and always had a sense of dread as I began the process. Dealerships have such a legacy reputation of being underhanded, with pressure tactics and always finding another way to bilk you. It was such a pleasant surprise to deal with a dealership like Delray GMC. The salesman Kyle was completely on top of his product knowledge and was one step ahead of me on questions and concerns. He got small issues resolved in moments and didn’t play a bunch of head games. They worked hard to get the best number for my trade (I know that because I had already shopped it all over town) and the Manager worked to meet my needs on the deal points, including finance rates that were too good to pass up (I was originally going to pay cash). My short experience with the Service team was good thus far, as they prepped the car superbly and resolved some minor issues. I’d go back here if I purchase another GMC.

Kyle Williams is our product Specialist; we lease our vehicle every 3 years; Kyle along with Jordan Schear, finance manager, consistently help us sort things out; though our needs are obvious to Kyle, he patiently help us thru the selection & weeding out process until we arrive at the appropriate choice of vehicle both in terms of comfort as well as price. For a recent transplant from Michigan, I am quite thankful to Delray Buick & their staff's integrity. I will be a return customer to Delray Buick & Kyle Williams till I lose my license to drive!!

Service writer Frank Castagna is my go-to guy, as he always seems to get the work done ahead of schedule. The office staff and mechanics do a great job, too. They have done all my major work here for over 6 years and will continue to in the future.
